This place sells cheap, faulty products. They tell you they will give you a discount on a replacement. A whole $5 off a $20 lighter that is the same cheaply made brand that probably cost them $4 and will break if you drop it after 3 days of owning it. Ive dropped every lighter I have ever owned so if the first drop makes the thing break into 3 places, I don't want it. I definitely wouldn't ever pay you for something you could send back to the vendor as defective. You lost a customer over your poor customer treatment and your greed. Generation Rock is ran by a man with integrity and gratitude of his customers. This place had a bunch of scam artists asking each other what the price is on each and every item. They all ask each other. There is not 1 price enforcer. They all ask each other equally. Buyer be warned

Person behind the counter was kinda rude I went to get senicas. And it was by far the most expensive IV been charged

So I’ve been going here since they opened and recently I bought a bundle of sage and it was so dry that I lit it one time and it wouldn’t go out and I told the owner if I would be able to exchange for something else since all the other ones looked dry too and he said no refunds but I just wanted to exchange it I never had any issues with any here before so I thought that was bad customer service since I was a regular customer I’m disappointed because I shouldn’t be out $4 for something that should’ve lasted awhile I had to throw it away fire hazard

The people that own this place are so friendly and family oriented, and they have a lot more to offer than just smoke items, I come to grab incense, sage and even nice roll on perfume. Everyone here is super helpful and inviting and I’m happy I found a new local smoke shop 💜
