Walk ins are not welcome they will ignore you if you don't have a reservation. Multiple times I have come in I had to wait nearly two hours for a hair cut even when they had 4 barbers available. They don't even acknowledge you at all. Very frustrating.

This was our first time there our experience at our last place cut into my 10yr old son’s neck. Sebastian did an amazing job making him feel comfortable. Did a great job asking what my son wanted and executed perfectly. We will definitely be back, this will be our new spot.
