Sun Valley Collision

I had a great experience visiting Sun Valley Collision this morning after getting a quote from the dealership's body shop down the street that almost made me fall over. When I called Sun Valley, they said to drop by since I was only 2 minutes away without an appointment to assess my car. As soon as I walked in, Mo greeted me and quickly went out to look at my car that I had hit against the side of the garage this morning... a minor mistake that isn't a cheap fix! Mo quickly went to work taking the cream paint scraped onto my car from the garage off and already made it look 1,000 times better. She showed me the dent that the dealership didn't even tell me about (but quoted me for) - they just gave me the paperwork with the giant amount I'd need to pay. Mo cleaned the paint off my car so nicely, gave me excellent advice, and had a much more reasonable quote to fix the dent and re-paint my vehicle sent to me by this afternoon. I can't speak to the repair, but I can speak to the care that Sun Valley Collision showed me and for that I'm very appreciative! I will certainly be coming back for any auto body repairs that my vehicles need.

Great people who do really good work if you need it. What I like about this body shop is that they actually respond in a timely manner and are very thorough throughout the process and reasonably priced as well. You won't be disappointed here.
