I had a great experience visiting Sun Valley Collision this morning after getting a quote from the dealership's body shop down the street that almost made me fall over. When I called Sun Valley, they said to drop by since I was only 2 minutes away without an appointment to assess my car. As soon as I walked in, Mo greeted me and quickly went out to look at my car that I had hit against the side of the garage this morning... a minor mistake that isn't a cheap fix! Mo quickly went to work taking the cream paint scraped onto my car from the garage off and already made it look 1,000 times better. She showed me the dent that the dealership didn't even tell me about (but quoted me for) - they just gave me the paperwork with the giant amount I'd need to pay. Mo cleaned the paint off my car so nicely, gave me excellent advice, and had a much more reasonable quote to fix the dent and re-paint my vehicle sent to me by this afternoon. I can't speak to the repair, but I can speak to the care that Sun Valley Collision showed me and for that I'm very appreciative! I will certainly be coming back for any auto body repairs that my vehicles need.

Great people who do really good work if you need it. What I like about this body shop is that they actually respond in a timely manner and are very thorough throughout the process and reasonably priced as well. You won't be disappointed here.

I very highly recommend Sun Valley Collision. Had two cars needing body work, and once completed, the quality exceeded my expectations. Mo was excellent at arranging everything and also provided good general info about certain cosmetic aspects for one of the vehicles.

I would highly recommend trusting Sun Valley with your repair needs. I found the entire staff to be competent, professional, and personable. Importantly, my car repairs were excellent. When I picked up my car it was clean, well-detailed, and in better condition than I left it! I primarily worked with Mo, and will definitely take my car to Sun Valley for any future repair needs. This auto repair shop consists of a wonderful group of trustworthy, competent people.

Sun valley did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They ordered the parts before bringing my car in and completed the job within 2 days. They also cleaned my car inside and out. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Sun Valley Collision is the best for all your collision needs! They are honest , the staff is very knowledgeable and cares about what you need and shows genuine concern for your traumatic experience! Moe is very personable and understanding Wayne and the others stay busy as well, but never make you feel less important than anyone else! The work they do is always amazing and I would not trade them in for all the tea in China!! I could say so much more, but please use them for your vehicle services, you will come out on TOP 🔝. I brought my vehicle to Sun Valley Collision after I was struck by another vehicle on the driver side. Terry quickly reviewed the damage and compared it to the insurance adjuster's estimate and worked closely with the insurance carrier from that point forward. The completed work on the vehicle looked great, but I must commend Terry on his communication throughout the entire process and for working seamlessly behind the scenes with the insurance carrier. I would not hesitate using Sun Valley Collision in the future.

They lost parts for my car and didnt even try to fit the new panels on properly. I asked them to fix it, they said they would and bought non genuine parts to replace the one's they lost. They are the cheapest option for a reason.

Truly a five star experience. Great communication and attention to detail. Best automotive body repair shop in Roswell!!

Cannot say enough great things about this shop! The customer service was excellent and the work was done timely and looks great. The people are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them!
