Kenny was fantastic to work with from start to finish—super friendly, communicative, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to provide seamless, exceptional service. They fixed a couple of dents on my car perfectly, and the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the high quality of work. Highly recommended!

September 25, 2026GoogleI stopped by yesterday, Sept 24th, for Charleston Dent Company to take a look at a dent I had on my white BMW X3. It was in a difficult spot on a seam in the body of the car (not a door). Not only were they able to give me an awesome quote, they were able to get me in right away. I got lucky because they are very popular and stay very busy. We were able to wait right there in their waiting room while they completed the repair. I couldn't even tell the car ever had a dent. It looked showroom new. If I ever encounter another situation where I need a dent repaired, I will definitely be back. I picked them initially because of their high ratings and years of experience. Believe me, they are worth every star, and then some. Thank you for taking such great care of me (and my car). Eric
