A high average can hide real problems: a 4.6★ business may still fail 1 customer in 20. Issue Rate is exactly that share — reviews with 1–2★ out of all reviews.
A business can connect its order system to show how many jobs it completed, next to its public reviews — and, if it sends more, how its customers rated them and whether it is improving. The system sends monthly totals only, no customer data; Tailwind computes the figures by one method for everyone.

August 21, 2026GoogleThis man is a scammer and a fraud! I went to his shop for body work because the quote was the lowest in town. Now I see why. He also had to install a radiator and this is where the problems start. First he does everything in his power to make sure I can’t start the car and get it to operating temp so see if the radiator’s cooling fan kicks in. He went as far as to purposely drain the battery so after paying him I had to push my own car out of his shop. Once I got the battery in and started it I quickly realized it was a botched install because the fan never kicked in. I also discovered that he filled it with water instead of antifreeze. This scammer doesn’t even do the work he farms it out to workers whose qualifications are dubious at best. He acts like he does the work when he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. When I told him I wanted to test the car before paying he said there wasn’t a radiator installed and that there was only body work done to my car. He didn’t know because he didn’t do the work. His mechanics are randoms that he prob picked up at Home Depot for day labor. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER! Update: the fan module on the radiator he put in the car was faulty. He uses salvage yard parts that he prices as new. He doesn’t even have the integrity to test them before he puts them in.
