A high average can hide real problems: a 4.6★ business may still fail 1 customer in 20. Issue Rate is exactly that share — reviews with 1–2★ out of all reviews.
A business can connect its order system to show how many jobs it completed, next to its public reviews — and, if it sends more, how its customers rated them and whether it is improving. The system sends monthly totals only, no customer data; Tailwind computes the figures by one method for everyone.

August 17, 2026GoogleI've lived on the street where this repair clinic is located for about 5 years now. Pete has done many repairs on my car. He is dependable and honest in all that he says and does. Trust this car expert and you will not regret it !

July 2, 2026GoogleThis was my trusted mechanic when I lived in the city and Northbrook. I moved out of state in 2017 so it’s been many years since I had such an honest, reliable and truly skilled mechanic. Thank you Pete! I’ll never forget your excellent service to me, my parents, and many others. Keep up the great work!

August 30, 2025GoogleCustomer since 2012. Ditto my mom’s cars. Pete and his son are hands down some of the most honest people I’ve met. Local and honest shop and their work is top notch, what else can you ask for? I’ve had GM cars, Hondas, VWs, these guys know what they’re doing.
