A complaint is a 1–2★ review. “Usually” is the company’s own level over July 2025 – June 2026: 1 of 47. Too few public reviews to compare with the usual level. Reviews in the last three months: 26, at least 30 needed. Reviews in the year before: 47, at least 60 needed. Latest review: October 16.

Public reviews are a small, self-selected sample, not the business’s records; a quarter can be seasonal. How we calculate

Issue Rate

2.2%

2 of 92 reviews are 1–2★ · lower is better

▸Why the Issue Rate Is More Important Than the Average Rating?

A high average can hide real problems: a 4.6★ business may still fail 1 customer in 20. Issue Rate is exactly that share — reviews with 1–2★ out of all reviews.

Track record not connected

A business can connect its order system to show how many jobs it completed, next to its public reviews — and, if it sends more, how its customers rated them and whether it is improving. The system sends monthly totals only, no customer data; Tailwind computes the figures by one method for everyone.

The fastest and most comprehensive service I've ever seen. 3 cars dropped off over a 2 day period 3 cars diagnosed and 2 repaired one waiting on parts.

Brought my car here to verify that the transmission was shot. Upon confirmation, they spent time on the phone with me giving me advice about buying a new car and really made sure I was prepared for that. It’s hard to find genuine good people who care and I really felt like I found that here.

I will come back here! The receptionist was perfectly awesome and the prices were exceptional. The mechanic was great. I really appreciate the speed and professionalism that I had in regard to getting back on the road.
