I had such a great experience at glow smiles! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout my visits. Jasmine and Ingrid were especially helpful and made the entire experience so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great orthodontic care!

Although I didn’t receive orthodontic treatment here, I had such a wonderful experience that I had to leave a review! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Vianey made me feel welcome with her warmth and positive attitude. The office was bright and beautiful, and the atmosphere felt so comfortable. Everyone was smiling, saying hello, and being very personable. That kind of energy makes a difference especially since I was having a bad day before I got here. Ms. Iris was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, sweet, and easygoing, and she made me feel heard and understood while discussing my concerns. She was respectful and gentle while taking my X-rays, and her care and enthusiasm really stood out. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. She definitely was a ray of sunshine! ☀️ Dr. Wisdom was equally wonderful. He took the time to sit with me and explain what I might need for my braces treatment. He was knowledgeable and gave me helpful recommendations and referrals to specialists who could better address my needs. I truly appreciated his honesty and felt that my best interests were the priority. 🦷 Having lived in the DMV for some time, I really appreciate finding a team that makes people feel this welcomed, respected, and cared for. I hope this review reaches management or corporate because Ms. Iris, Dr. Wisdom, and the front desk staff deserve recognition for the wonderful experience they provide. Fun fast and easy! Everyone was really nice ! Update 2 years later: Got my braces off and feeling fabulous! Throughout the entire two years it was amazing experience after amazing experience, everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful and let me know what was going on and why every step of the way. I recommended friends and family who also started their braces journeys here, and highly recommended it to anyone else!

I had an appointment today and they made me wait more than 20 minutes, they shouldn’t book that many appointments if they don’t have enough staff, besides their sterilization are was a complete mess.

I came in last week for my consultation and left out the same day with my braces starting my new smile journey. I was so deluged with the atmosphere but the staff really blew me away. This is not your typical dentist/orthodontist office, the vibes are amazing, it’s very welcoming and warm and the music is always so great. I found myself singing so many songs while filling out forms and even forgot I was getting my braces put on because it felt so untraditional…but in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE! I’ve already recommended so many friends and family as well as my clients because the trust I have in them…FAMILY is the only word that describes how I feel whenever I come in. I had a broken bracket from flossing and went in the next morning after breakage and they were so amazing 🫶🏽❣️

It was my first time here and got my braces done. The worker named Natalie did a wonderful job. I give her 5 stars, and I highly recommend this place.
