I had such a great experience at glow smiles! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout my visits. Jasmine and Ingrid were especially helpful and made the entire experience so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great orthodontic care!

Although I didn’t receive orthodontic treatment here, I had such a wonderful experience that I had to leave a review! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Vianey made me feel welcome with her warmth and positive attitude. The office was bright and beautiful, and the atmosphere felt so comfortable. Everyone was smiling, saying hello, and being very personable. That kind of energy makes a difference especially since I was having a bad day before I got here. Ms. Iris was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, sweet, and easygoing, and she made me feel heard and understood while discussing my concerns. She was respectful and gentle while taking my X-rays, and her care and enthusiasm really stood out. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. She definitely was a ray of sunshine! ☀️ Dr. Wisdom was equally wonderful. He took the time to sit with me and explain what I might need for my braces treatment. He was knowledgeable and gave me helpful recommendations and referrals to specialists who could better address my needs. I truly appreciated his honesty and felt that my best interests were the priority. 🦷 Having lived in the DMV for some time, I really appreciate finding a team that makes people feel this welcomed, respected, and cared for. I hope this review reaches management or corporate because Ms. Iris, Dr. Wisdom, and the front desk staff deserve recognition for the wonderful experience they provide. Fun fast and easy! Everyone was really nice ! Update 2 years later: Got my braces off and feeling fabulous! Throughout the entire two years it was amazing experience after amazing experience, everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful and let me know what was going on and why every step of the way. I recommended friends and family who also started their braces journeys here, and highly recommended it to anyone else!

I had an appointment today and they made me wait more than 20 minutes, they shouldn’t book that many appointments if they don’t have enough staff, besides their sterilization are was a complete mess.

I came in last week for my consultation and left out the same day with my braces starting my new smile journey. I was so deluged with the atmosphere but the staff really blew me away. This is not your typical dentist/orthodontist office, the vibes are amazing, it’s very welcoming and warm and the music is always so great. I found myself singing so many songs while filling out forms and even forgot I was getting my braces put on because it felt so untraditional…but in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE! I’ve already recommended so many friends and family as well as my clients because the trust I have in them…FAMILY is the only word that describes how I feel whenever I come in. I had a broken bracket from flossing and went in the next morning after breakage and they were so amazing 🫶🏽❣️

I highly recommend GlowSmiles Orthodontics. We have been going to them since November 2025 for my 11-year-old daughter's braces. We previously had a very negative experience with our eldest daughter's orthodontist, where the staff were often rude and seemed to delight in embarrassing our child. Since we started at GlowSmiles, my husband and I always leave feeling grateful that we brought our younger daughter here. The office has nice decor, and the staff is pleasant and professional. For example, Sunday night our daughter broke a bracket. They returned our call on Monday morning and were able to see her at 4:00 pm. During the procedure, my daughter asked her treatment provider, Emily, if she could change the color of her rubber bands on the braces on her upper teeth, since Emily was changing the color of the ones at the bottom. Emily quietly gave a full explanation as to why she couldn't. Even though Emily said no, my daughter appreciated the answer. I was impressed because she spoke to her with respect, as though she were an adult. Since the conversation was low and directed to my daughter, it was clear she wasn't speaking to me or doing it for my benefit. It was a small act of respect that spoke volumes about the staff at GlowSmiles. I would highly recommend GlowSmiles to anyone looking to straighten their own teeth or their child's.

I attended Glow Smile Orthodontics last week, and I only have great observations to make. The environment was very warm and friendly. I usually get a little anxious about going to the doctors, but seeing the way they greeted and treated me overall was relieving. The waiting room was clean, and the doctors were professional. However, someone in particular stood out to me. The receptionist, Vianey, helped me through so many issues regarding my appointment. I rather not get into details about the issues with my health, but although I was very nervous, she helped me feel a lot better. She helped guide me through the appointment process which made me very stress-free. I will definitely go there again! Jasmine was really professional and helpful

I have been patient at Glow Smiles since September 2024. I came from San Diego after already having braces for 7 months and needed to find a new office when I moved to Maryland for Grad School. Dr. Reza welcomed me with opened arms and every time I have come to the office I have had great experience with customer service (the staff at the front desk), at each appointment with every dental assistant/professional that has helped me update my braces, and Dr. Reza who always examined my teeth and explained everything to me in each appointment and throughout my entire process. Today I got my braces removed and the office manager, Jasmine helped me adjust my retainer to make sure it fit comfortable before I left. I have already recommended my Sister and Niece who are both current patients now and I would recommend this place to anyone looking forward to get braces and have a professional, kind, and affordable experience.
