A complaint is a 1–2★ review. “Usually” is the company’s own level over July 2025 – June 2026: 5 of 32. Too few public reviews to compare with the usual level. Reviews in the last three months: 5, at least 30 needed. Reviews in the year before: 32, at least 60 needed. Latest review: September 28.
Public reviews are a small, self-selected sample, not the business’s records; a quarter can be seasonal. How we calculate

A high average can hide real problems: a 4.6★ business may still fail 1 customer in 20. Issue Rate is exactly that share — reviews with 1–2★ out of all reviews.
A business can connect its order system to show how many jobs it completed, next to its public reviews — and, if it sends more, how its customers rated them and whether it is improving. The system sends monthly totals only, no customer data; Tailwind computes the figures by one method for everyone.

September 10, 2026GoogleThe only mechanic and tire shop I can trust!! They will address all your concerns and make sure you’re taken care of! As a woman, it’s really easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to mechanic services, but City Tire and Service on beltline are honest people. 10/10

August 30, 2026GoogleI’ve brought both of my cars here for maintenance and oil changes. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that after the service, there were missing screws on my cars—sometimes around the tires and sometimes underneath the car. I’m not writing this review just to complain the shop. I’m writing it because I really hope they can improve this issue and hope the mechanic be more careful when working on customers’ vehicles. I feel like they too rush to finish the service and too careless to do the service. Maybe one or two missing screws don’t seem like a big deal, but they could potentially become a serious safety issue. What if something comes loose while driving on the highway? That could cause an accident. I hope the staff and management will take this seriously and make sure to properly inspect every vehicle before returning it to the customer. I just want them to be more careful because customer safety should always come first.
