My therapist, Shayne was really great! He knew I was anxious to get back to my previous strength, so continually challenged me, but at the same time planned my sessions and homework in a way that made sure I was healing safely inappropriately. Cathy at the desk was so helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

We have had such a great experience with Motiv, and especially with Shane! He has helped my daughter through three different injuries, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she received. Shane is knowledgeable, smart, sport-savvy, and has a great personality. He really understands athletes and seems to have a great instinct for knowing what each patient needs. His technique is excellent, and you can tell he really cares about doing things the right way. We are so grateful for everything that Shane and the great office staff done for her and would absolutely recommend MOTIV to other athletes and families!
