Michael was incredibly helpful during my apartment search, and once I moved in, Jeff was always responsive whenever there was a maintenance issue to resolve. I would have continued living in the apartment if it weren't for my relocation to another city.

Jeff has always taken time to address our questions or problems/concerns regarding our rental. Any repairs needed have been executed in a responsive and timely manner. Jeff is quick to respond, even when I text him at 7am in the morning. LOL. Jeff and Capitol Realty are always there for us and that’s why we will be renewing our lease again!
