We brought our 2023 Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4 for an oil and brake fluid service. The front staff and mechanics/technicians were top notch. They also inspected our tires and brakes and gave us quotes on those services as well for an optional future visit. If you live in Bend and drive a European vehicle, Id highly recommend Peak Euro!

Dropped my Mini off with a dead battery after hours and they had it back to me the next day with a fresh battery all programmed to the car (yes it's dumb that the new battery needs to be registered to the car...but not Peak's fault). They also made it really easy to pick the car up after hours. Second time I've had work done there on the Mini.

It’s so smooth and quiet now that sometimes I have to listen to make sure I actually started it. 😊 You did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate the care you put into my car. The service was fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. The team completed a detailed inspection of my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. A special thank you to Joseph, who serviced my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. What stood out most was that he took the time to explain things and answer my questions directly. That level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated. Ashley was an outstanding service advisor. She kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Anton was also a pleasure to work with and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The shop itself is spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything you'd expect from a top-tier European auto service center.
