They did a great job replacing my cracked windshield and it was ready by the next day. Very nice guys and very reasonable price that was way cheaper than other places had quoted me. Thanks so much definitely recommend!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. They were super kind and communicative and worked with me to fix my trunk. They replaced the struts and hinges and explained the whole process. They also allowed me to bring in parts I already had to keep the cost lower. I will definitely be coming back if I have any more issues and recommending the place to my friends. I have been to many mechanics that left me feeling very ripped off or disrespected as a young woman but I did not feel that way here.

Great service and fair prices! Guner was incredibly helpful and communicative, and my car was fixed quickly and without stress. Would highly recommend this shop!

West Town Auto is great! I had my car diagnosed at another shop, then I called a few shops to look for estimates, including West Town. My car needed various engine pipes to be replaced. Gunner worked with me over the phone to give me a rough price range based on the parts list, then gave me a concrete price after they inspected the car. Both prices were very fair, and I was impressed at how accurate his over-the-phone estimate was compared to the actual price -- it was right in the middle of the estimated range. While they worked on my car, he gave me frequent calls to keep me posted on the status, which I really appreciated. It's now been around 2 months since my repairs, and my car has been working smoothly ever since. I'll definitely be coming back in future. Thank you West Town Auto!!

Great service. I broke down with an over heating engine and was waiting to be towed. They stayed open late for my car to be dropped off. Very reasonably priced and very quick turn around.

They fixed my body damage and price was really good compared to other body shops. His labor was awesome, really recommended

Thanks so much to the owner, I'm assuming it's Guner, for finding the issue so quickly and correcting it. He was very understanding and did not abuse the pricing for the work that was done. I am grateful to him because I was freaking out today about the sounds my car was making lol. Thank you again so much. I will be back...Hopefully not too soon lol. Oh also, the sounds are completely gone!

I got so lucky finding these guys! I was buying a new battery from autozone, and there was something so wrong with it they couldn’t change it for me. The owner of this job happened to walk by during the misfortune, and told me to swing by his shop and that they could fit me in (despite already being very busy). Super reasonable price just charged me the shop minimum. Would recommend to anyone!

I had the oil changed and the brakes replaced. The service was superb!

I can’t say it any other way, these guys are awesome. Great work for a great price. Guner is the absolute best! Thank you for fixing my car!!

I would recommend west town auto repair to anyone! Very professional! Guner was super communicative and professional. They were able to work on my car and get it back to me within the same day!

Came in for extensive repairs after a collision and had a very good experience. The owner was really kind and easy to work with. He sourced some new parts for my car even when insurance didnt cover it at no extra cost and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car as well. Would highly recommend

This was a perfect experience, 5 stars. I called ahead to make sure they were open and would take my car asap, I showed up, waited ~30 minutes and it was fixed for a reasonable cost.

Four visits in, and West Town Auto Repair continues to impress. Honest service, competitive pricing, and top-notch work every single time. Finding a trustworthy local mechanic isn't easy, but I feel so fortunate to have found such a reliable neighborhood shop. Highly recommend this local gem!
