Great service and very quick to respond and arrive. Highly recommend.

I have to thank Tyler Express for taking care of my wifes BMW that had over heating issues. They worked amazingly hard to get us the best price for all the repairs needed. They showed my wife the best respect while she was dealing with this issue while I was out of town.

I broke down in Vegas, getting off my exit for my hotel on the way to San Diego to take my daughter to Sea World and my water pump went out getting off the exit to my hotel. My car was out of commission for two days over the weekend. I thought my trip was ruined but Hector and his crew got me in First thing Monday morning. I just had talked to him on Sunday, he spoke with me throughout the entire day on his Sunday assuring me that he would get me on the road and I would continue my trip and didn’t need to cancel it and he delivered! I got my car there Monday morning And Tyler and his crew got me fixed up with a water pump and a thermostat in my Cadillac and had me on the road by about 3 o’clock to continue my vacation and I cannot say how much I appreciate it and if anybody was in Vegas And has car trouble call Hector at Tyler express complete auto repair and he will definitely take care of you. There was probably 20 people trying to tell me my motor is bad and ripped me off before I got a hold of Hector so just sayig, call Hector he’ll take care of you!!!

I only leave comment on Google when I'm dissatisfied with the work being done. All I'm saying is I won't be back for anything else, and I won't recommend to anyone either.

If you are ever in Las Vegas and need honest, reliable, and truly compassionate mechanics, call Kenny and Hector at Tyler Express Complete Auto Repair immediately. They saved my family from a complete nightmare. On a Sunday—when almost every other shop was closed—I found myself stranded in a parking lot with my wife and daughter. I called Tyler Express and spoke to Kenny, who didn’t hesitate to help. He told me to get the car towed to his shop, and though I thought it was a minor issue, Kenny discovered a major problem with our Honda’s radiator. If it wasn't for his thorough inspection, we could have easily broken down in the middle of the desert on our drive home to LA. Because it was a Sunday, parts couldn't be delivered right away. Kenny personally drove me to pick up an affordable rental car so I could get my family to a hotel. The level of service only got more amazing from there: The Extra Mile: When the radiator delivery got delayed on Tuesday, the Office Manager, Hector, drove 30 miles straight to the dealership to pick up the part himself so we wouldn't be stuck any longer. Working on Their Day Off: Kenny actually came into the shop on his day off and worked late to ensure our car was completely fixed and safe for the road. Genuine Care: To top it all off, Kenny called me at 9:00 PM during our drive back to LA just to check in, make sure the Honda was running smoothly, and ensure my family made it home safe. Good, honest mechanics who genuinely care about people are incredibly hard to find. Kenny and Hector went above and beyond in every possible way. I cannot thank them enough! Highly, highly recommended.

This place is the most honest mechanic in Las Vagas. The repaired my mini cooper for a great price much cheaper than any other quote. Minis are not easy to work on. I will never take my cars anywhere else

Kenny and his team did a great job at fixing our car's dents and scratches (mirror, fender, and driver door) from a park lot damage. The service was quick from initial inspection to pick up, and Kenny was very trustworthy and responsive in his communication.

My experience at Tyler express was nothing short of amazing! The staff were super kind and honest and they were very fair with their pricing. My car feels amazing now. Couldn’t recommend it more!

This is not a story about exceptional service or mechanical skill. Forty minutes outside Las Vegas, somewhere between Kingman and the Hoover Dam — a stretch of desert where the road stretches endlessly and civilization feels like a rumor — our tire blew. Three of us — my family — surrounded by everything we owned, hauling our lives from Texas in a loaded car. When we went to mount the spare, two of the five lug nuts snapped off. Around us, every car on that road was doing 70 to 80 in a 65 zone. No one slows down in the desert. Two Mexican men stopped. They didn’t know us. They loaded our belongings onto their pickup truck, flanked us with hazard lights flashing, and crawled alongside us at under 40 miles per hour for two and a half hours until we reached my friend’s home in Las Vegas. I don’t have the words for that. I researched shops the next morning. I avoided Vietnamese-owned ones — an old wound from my early days in America. The ones who hurt you most are never strangers. They are the ones who spot you the moment you arrive, who speak your language, who say “I understand what you’re going through” with a warmth that feels like home. And then they take from you. When I was cheated out of $3,000 on that first car, it didn’t feel like being robbed. It felt like being betrayed by family — the specific, hollow ache of a child deceived by their own mother. That kind of scar doesn’t fade with time. It teaches you to flinch. I eventually traded up to my current 2018 RAV4, but only after paying a dealership $100 just to haul away the wreckage of that first mistake — and all the trust that went with it. My friend pointed me to Tyler Shop, run by Kenny Châu. I sent Kenny a message with photos that evening — broken lug nuts, the situation explained. He quoted me around $120, asked me to come after 11:30 since he works Sundays on a delayed schedule. I offered $100. He agreed, cheerfully, without hesitation. Then he called back — he could take me an hour earlier than planned; someone had come in to help. Kenny replaced the lug nuts himself, walking me through the cause and the repair as he worked. Meanwhile, his assistant drove my blown tire to a nearby Mexican shop to get it patched — and negotiated on my behalf, making sure they knew this customer had a long drive back to California and needed it done right. The patch came to $20. By the time the tire came back, Kenny had finished the lug nuts. When everything was bolted back on, I told him I’d have to pay by card — I had no cash on me. Kenny told me the shop didn’t accept cards. Then he told me it didn’t accept cash either. Because, he said — I had already paid. He wanted to give it all, every cent, as a gift. For my daughter. I needed my bottom grill fixed on my Audi Q3 and came here got it done cheaper and faster than Audi Las Vegas. I will definitely be back again.

Found the shop from a friend. I'm so glad the people here are honest with their work. And they give you decent pricing they do not try to price gouge you. They are extremely busy so you may want to give them a day or two to work with them but they will get your car in. Been going here for years the pricing is better then others and reliable service!!!
