Great company with great mechanics 👍

Dropped my car in for an inspection right before closing and they let me the know the results by lunch next day with a detailed listing (with pictures) of what needed work. Fantastic place to get your car service done!

I can't thank the team at Turner's enough for the fast and friendly service they provided. We were on an extended trip going North on 95 and had a tire go bad. They promptly replaced the tire at a reasonable price and had us on our way. The one thing I noticed while waiting was the pleasant interaction between the staff and customers. It says a lot about the respect and interest they seem to take with their customers.

Made a appointment for Monday. Needed my a/c purged and topped off. Arrived on time and was promptly served. Very nice staff. Had a conversation with Dave and Austin. And Austin is a admirer of older car. Mine is a 1997 Thunderbird lx limited I have restored. I now have a shop I can trust, which means more than ever.

Always pleasant people. I made an appointment and I was seen on time. Everything was great! They even gave my toddler a little toy tow truck to keep him occupied.

The shop initially quoted me $200 for the exhaust replacement, but I was charged significantly more when the work was completed. I was not informed about the extra charges in advance. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency.

These guys are fantastic!! I've got a handful of times for different car issues over the years. They're fast, efficient, and the pay reflects the work. I don't know where I'd be without them!!

(From mid-January, 2026): This is my second time here for a car repair (replacement of a defective engine oil cooler). I found the consultation, pricing, and repair to be fair, getting a bit of discount because the labor charged was quicker and thus less expensive than originally estimated, after I asked if there can be any sort of discount applied. I recommend this car repair shop for its fair pricing and honesty. --------------- (From Oct. 1, 2025): Excellent pricing (only $20!) for the state safety inspection on my car. It's my first time using this car repair shop after having questionable experiences with other car repair shops in nearby neighborhoods. I'm very pleased so far and will use Turner's Auto Repair again in the future!

Two check-engine codes were showing, and I was told they pointed to misfires on cylinders 1 and 3. I was advised that replacing the coil packs was the needed repair. I did mention that I felt there might be more going on, but I’m not a mechanic, so I trusted the recommendation and moved forward. After spending $1,200+ and taking a full week arranging rides during the workday to drop off and pick up my truck, the same codes returned the very next morning. There was also a misunderstanding regarding timing. I believed I had said I would call Monday to confirm my plan, not that I was guaranteeing a Monday drop-off. Even so, I still stopped by a little around 3:30 PM to see if the truck could be looked at again and was told no. I understand that issues can be complex, but given the time, cost, and effort involved, I don’t feel well taken care of as a customer, especially since the original issue does not appear to be resolved.
