I had always heard about Spenser’s from guys at church, always such positive feed back as to the quality of the work and the great people that worked there. I dropped the car with the comment that my wife was going to be out of town for a couple weeks so fix what you find . Andy called me that afternoon with an early list of repairs and options. The next day they had it all wrapped up, picked the car up the next morning . Great service! Thanks guys. John A

I been recommended by a coworker who was the best recommendation ever. I was looking to fix my a/c and I made a mistake on the name and took it to another place where they didn't help me fix my a/c. For that reason, I really was careful next time and I went to Spencer's. The first time I went to Spencer's I was there for my son's a/c, they fixed it perfectly and much better than my car. Fastforward two days ago, my son's car turned on a Engine light. I went to Spencer's they checked it and called me an hour later and said my car was ready to pick up and was worried that something was wrong with it. Other places would lie and make you pay for unnecessary repairs. But Spencer's was honest and told me it's just a sensor problem. I enjoyed their service and highly recommend there work. Thank you. Fui recomendado por un compañero de trabajo cual ienso fue la mejor recomendacion.. estaba buscando arreglar mi A/C y me equiboque de nombre y fui a otro lugardonde no lo arreglaron bien. Por esa rason fui mas cuidadoso con el nombre y fui a Spencer's para que arreglaran el A/C del carro de mi hijo my y comparando con el mio ellos lo hicieron exelente y dos dias atras lleve el carro de mi hijo or que tenia la luz del motor prendido ellos lo chequearon y una hora mas tarde me llamaron y me dijeron que no encontraron nada mal y quevlo manejara y si vuelve la luz que tegresara.....eso es HONESTIDAD en otros lugares habria sido 2.o 300 dolares acason muy honestly los recomiendo .....gracias Spencer's muy buen trabajo.gracias.

I’ve been a customer of Spenser’s for many years. With him, I'm not paying to cover the overhead of a business with a high-dollar location employing lots of personnel not directly related to getting my cars repaired. Plus, his work has always been excellent and his charges have always been fair. I highly recommend his business!!

First time customer and had an excellent experience here!! I had taken my Mercedes to a different local shop that works on European cars, and they were TERRIBLE. I was referred to Spensers and WOW! They fixed the problem with the AC in one day. My car was at the other shop for 5 days and they didn't even get the problem fixed. Their team is courteous, knowledgeable, they call and let you know what's going on (when I called the other shop and asked for an update after 3 days I was told there is no update and they'll call if they have one ), and pricing was very fair - no bait and switch here! I'm a customer for life.

Spenser's has been my mechanic for 3-4 years now. They get the job done right and they don't try to upsell me if I don't need it. In short, I trust their expertise and I trust their integrity. Same review I did last time, except add another year to my experience with them.They are consistently good!

I appreciate and try to support local businesses, and Spencer is from Denton. My car requires a trained certified person on certain brands, and Spenser's Automotive Repair has that. Service was done in a timely manner, and I will definitely take my car to them again when I need service on my car.

I discovered Spenser's 3 years ago when the shop I used to go to could not diagnose a problem in my back-up car, a 1990 Volvo. Spenser figured it out: the fuel injector rail was bad. Since then I take all my cars there. The service is always fast, and Spenser has that genuine old-school understanding of cars you need to make difficult diagnoses. Another time he tracked down a short in the brake light wiring - that kind of thing can be hard to find.

Spenser’s did great job with my Avalon’s 60000 mile required sparkplug change and check up. It only took about 2-1/2 hours.
