Excellent service from start to finish! I brought my damaged vehicle to Rudy Schmid Total Car Care after an incident in a parking garage. The entire staff was above excellent in handling my needs and took care of handling all of the insurance company pushbacks. My SUV was repaired above and beyond my expectations and the shop even handled my NY state inspection requirements while it was in their care. 200% would recommend!

I couldn’t have had a better experience. Carrie was extremely helpful with scheduling the repairs and assisting with the insurance process. Lonnie took the time and thoroughly explained the extensive repair work that would be needed. My vehicle looks and drives great. The quality of service and attention to detail provided you can absolutely tell this is a family owned business that cares about their customers rather than some franchise/ big corporation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repairs.

Alignment and tires done right and in timely manner. Charged a fee for using charge card 2.75% Didn't tell me that prior to service total surprise. Cost was $35 ... totally unreasonable.

They worked on my 2002 Corvette and it came out phenomenal. The staff is so nice and kept me well informed even when parts were hard to source. Highly recommend!

I would recommend RUDY Schmid to anyone that needs car body work . They were friendly , efficient , and kept me up to date with the repairs . The office staff is so friendly. My truck looks amazing . You can’t go wrong taking your car to RUDY SCHMID .

Brought my truck in to have some body work repaired. It was only 3 month old when someone backed into it. The original body shop didn't give me a good feeling on their ability to repair aluminum, so I brought it here for a 2nd opinion. And boy, I am SO glad I did. Rudy Schmid completed the repair in the time they stated and I can't even tell that there was ever damage to begin with! The body work makes it looks like factory and the paint is immaculate. Not only that, but they cleaned up the interior of the truck (which was an awesome bonus). They were prompt with communication and reached out with any updates they had along the way. Can't say enough good things here. I will definitely be coming back for anything I need that they provide a service for.
