These guys diagnosed my engine problems that other mechanic shop missed.They epaired the issus that was causing the engine problems and not charging you for extra issues that are not related to repair.

Not sure if they are racist or just scam artists I payed them $2k for new water pump, thermostat and radiator which is already highway robbery and then when I brought it back within a month because another shop noticed a leak when I went to go get an oil change, I brought it back as it should be under warranty and they tried to charge me $400 more dollars for a new gasket which is something that comes with what I already paid for, the old man tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor trying to rob me like that, I’m leaving a review instead of really displaying my my dissatisfaction in less professional ways but I would never bring my car to these people ever again

These guys are the best for your maintenance and brake jobs , I needed new brakes replaced same day in very short time they were able to help me ! Very reasonable price good quality work definitely recommend

Well, it start off saying on this review I've been going to ride away now for over 30 years in four cars two for my wife and two trucks for me. We've gotten all of them up over 200,000 miles. I am currently driving a 2011 Dodge ram Laramie that has 225,000 miles on it and that's because of the great maintenance repair and care from Ride Way!! Fred, the owner and Saul are fantastic and accommodating to whatever you bring in. I've gone through an engine rebuild a transmission rebuild general repairs oil changes, tune ups, and they've done fantastic jobs the mechanic crew in the back a great guys and do great work as well.!!! Fred is very familiar with car warranties and even the personal warranties that you buy now on the market and knows how to work with them. I definitely suggest the shop and will always take my cars here.

Great shop, great owner. Fred was very transparent with everything and was very reasonable with me. My go to shop now.

This is the second time I have used this repair shop to fix my car. I have a 2018 Toyota Corolla and I absolutely love my car. Today I got my brakes done and a few other small services based on Saul's recommendations. Due to my budget I couldn't do everything but that was okay. If I say "not today" he simply takes the service off the quote and we move on. I would recommend Ride-Way to anyone looking for quality and value. On a side note, as I sat waiting for my quote a few other customers came in and I was so impressed how it felt like a family environment. People didn't even wait for quotes, they just told Saul what they needed left the keys and walked away, they knew they were in good hands so their was no need worry. Love this place and will definitely go back the next time I need repairs.

Says free tire rotation the owner argued about not having free space to do it and was not professional.

This shop has earned my trust and definitely will be back. Even though they didn’t end up fixing my car. They diagnosed the problem, dealt with CarMax warranty for me, and then were honest told me the repair wasn’t worth it since it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I appreciate their honesty and clear communication throughout the process.

These guys are by far the best!! They’ve done work on my Nissan truck twice and have come through dealing with my warranty company both times!!! These guys and their staff are top notch!!

Despite arriving there 5 minutes before closing, Sol greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to help me fix my car's tire pressure. He refused to charge me or accept a tip. As a woman, I'm sometimes leery of being taken advantage of at auto body shops. Sol restored my faith and I am grateful!

When I got there and pull the tire out of the car and put it up against the wall 4 people seen me standing there for 10 min. Not once did they ask me what I need. I got my tire back in my car and they seen me do it and all 4 of them were standing 6 feet from me and still didn't say nothing to me I left

Amazing service! This isn't the first time I come here. Professional and reliable. Came to get a second opinion about my AC leaking after honda dealership told me that my evaporator (>$2600 )was leaking instead of a condenser, which was under the warranty. 4 hours at the dealer and walked away with horror and believed Honda was lying. 2 hours at Ride Way and they confirmed my suspicion, and showed me photos of the leaking condenser as well as told me that they did not find leaks in the evaporator. Amazing service as always guys. Thank you! Will be leaving this review on yelp also

Fred and his team are fantastic. They sourced two tires for us on a Saturday AM and had the car back on the road in 2 hours. A+ service!
