10/10 experience! I’m extremely happy with the work they did on my car. You honestly cannot even tell that Big Shirley was ever damaged. The hood, windshield, bumper, scuffs, and especially the back rim all came out beautifully. The rim had been hit pretty hard by a brick, and I was genuinely impressed with how well they restored it. My car was also returned clean, smelled good, the rims were spotless, the gas level was still where I left it, and the mileage was very reasonable. I really appreciated how well they took care of both my vehicle and me throughout the process. Big Shirley looks brand new again, and I’m so happy to have her back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision or body work. Excellent work and excellent service!

Emma helped me out completely. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. Her customer service was amazing, and I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. She definitely deserves recognition for doing such a amazing job!

They did an excellent job with my baby! They were accurate with what they told me when it would be done, and when it was not they let me know. They always took care of updating the rental car place for me and they even give you a little gift when you pick up. I had a little snafoo with my gas tank which is digital, I took it right back & they fixed it immediately.

I had a fender bender - in which someone had hit my car (2022 BMW 750LI) in the rear. I contacted Taylor BMW for a referral to a body shop - They highly recommended Rick’s Paint and Body shop - I see why. I had dealt with Michelle their, she had taken The car from beginning to the end, and handled my car with kid gloves. Thank you for your follow through, and being a person of your word. Everything worked out very well, just as you said. “Job Well Done” you deserve a raise- not just elevated above the ground - but more money. There are not many people out there that say what they mean and mean what they say. Thanks again Robert Henderson

Absolute the worst experience so far! Made an appointment for my vehicle to be brought in, got it in and all set. Was told I would receive a phone call with update within a day or two, NEVER happened! Called 6 days later to check on vehicle, and was told it was just brought back that day. It would be a day or two but that she would call me the next day, NEVER happened again. Then called back and talked to manager who said he would call back after lunch with update, that too, NEVER happened. Complete lack of communication at this shop. Do not use this shop, I read all the good reviews and thought I was in good hands but I have never experienced this level of disrespect from a business. I hope the vehicle is fixed so I can take it somewhere else to have inspected, because if their communication is this bad with customers, I would hate to see how bad it is with their employees.

Our car was in a bad state and they promised to fix it just the way it was before AND they did a great job!!! I am so happy and glad we chose them to fix our brand new car. Thank you Ricks Paint & body! Y'all are awesome! :)

Mallory at the front desk was extremely helpful and patience with me, she answered all my questions and assured me that everything would be OK after my accident. She took time out to help me through the process, And mentally helped me get through all my fears. She was even helpful when answering questions regarding insurance. Rick’s definitely has an outstanding representative when you walk in that door.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rick’s several times, as my car seems to be somewhat of a magnet for misfortune. Every time, the team has done a fantastic job keeping us informed throughout the entire process and working with the insurance company. My car always comes back looking brand new, and the quality of their work truly speaks for itself. I also want to give a special shout-out to Mallory at the front desk. She is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. When I recently dropped my car off, I had my antsy 6-year-old with me and was waiting for Enterprise to arrive because they were running behind. Mallory went above and beyond to make the situation easier. She gave my daughter a clipboard, printed her a coloring sheet, and even let her use some of her highlighters to keep herself entertained. From one mom to another, I really appreciated that extra bit of thoughtfulness. We all know how challenging it can be to handle things like this with your kids in tow, and that small gesture made a big difference. Mallory also took care of our rental return and offered to help transfer everything back into my Subaru. Those little things matter. The front desk is often the first impression a customer gets, and Mallory absolutely gets five stars from me. I’ve also had the opportunity to use my paint warranty from a previous repair, and once again, there were no questions asked — just, “We’ll take care of that for you at no charge.” That kind of service is hard to find. I’ve referred several people to Rick’s for their collision repair needs, and I will continue to do so. Great work, great customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience. Five stars all around.

Rick’s did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I was moving from out of state and had to get my car taken care of right away. So kind and professional and answered all my questions. Car looks as good as new

I never had repairs completed at Ricks and never had problems in the past with any other body shop. Ricks was recommend by my Insurance. They took 2 weeks to complete the repair replacing a rear view mirror. Received the Lexus back and just had this gut feeling it felt flimsy. Received the vehicle and low and behold went to the car wash twice in 3 months and the second time the cover fell off in the wash. Never in my life had a mirror fall off in a car wash and I have had several vehicles over the years. Took the vehicle back explained what happened and of course they blame the car wash. I have had the new Lexus since 2022 and the other mirror is solid, you can feel the difference. This is no coincidence and take responsibility for your poor quality work. I definitely agree with one of the reviewer that their work is substandard and they use cheap quality parts. Should have ordered the mirror from Lexus. Don't take your luxury vehicle to Ricks!!

If I could leave -5 stars I would. DO NOT take your car here and definitely DO NOT leave your car in their lot overnight. I got my car back and the entire Sub system is missing along with my spare. They then tried to charge me over 2,000 for a storage fee.

Very Friendly staff! My dad had a car accident and his car got towed here. Me and my husband had to call in to get this sorted out over the phone because we live far away and my dad does not speak English. The staff was being super patient and nice through the whole process and was really helpful! Will definitely come here if we need any services.

Murphy is the absolute greatest. He’s help me with 4 vehicles so far. Only body shop we will ever use. And they will definitely work with you
