Adam worked hard to get me the price I wanted for my vehicle. From that point on everything was perfect.

Great job, got me in right away. I waited on my truck for an oil change, it was completed in a timely manner. I was well pleased with the service.

I have purchased two vehicles from Reichard Chevrolet in the past 20 years. And have been completely satisfied with the attention I've gotten. I work right across the street so having my Chevy serviced at Reichard is a godsend! Always friendly and fast service. I highly recommend!

Paid for an oil change and tire rotation along with a cabin air filter and engine air filter. Picked up the truck after business hours only to find out they didn't rotate my tires. Tech #52 said "they didn't need a rotation" despite me specifically requesting it and them charging me for the rotation. I then had to verify they actually did my oil change and pull both of my own air filters to make sure they were changed despite paying the service department to do that. Went back the next day, took more time off work, and wasted another hour waiting on a tire rotation. Received, nothing other than a "sorry about that" from the service department and the owner of the dealership. Overall, a pretty bad first experience for me and I think I'll inconvenience myself with a longer drive to use SVG Chevrolet and make sure the work I pay for is actually accomplished.

The car looks great. My only complaint is they missed some damage the first time they called me to pick it up, but they made it right

Experience was smooth, no back and forth with pricing etc. Eric was great to work with and so was Brayden in finance.

My car is not done and it is missing work that should be done u got paid over 8,000 dollars and my car was lights came on ABs and others im not happy at all i need my car finished the right way its making sounds my car was brand new my car is not fixed right at all this is terrible job i will never send my car back after they fix what they got paid for.

Kenzie and her team rock. They got me a new tire and got it on my truck within a day. They even picked my truck up from work for free and replaced the tire dropped it off so I had no impact to my daily life. 10/10

I was greeted with a smile and a real concern of the issues I was having with my 26 GMC Danali. They got my appointment secured and I take it in next week.
