We’ve had a great experience working with this company. They’re professional, responsive, and always willing to help when we need them. They do great work and are a reliable company to have on our team. Definitely recommend them!

Forced to give one star because of rating system - If you have an afternoon to kill and dont want anyone to show up... this is the place. After making sure I was home early, for a 2pm appointment, I got a call around 4pm stating, "we were on a big job today, you gonna be around tomorrow about 9am?" No, I wont be... and I will find someone else to do the job. He didnt care and hung up the phone. I was swayed by the reviews here... if you are swayed, believe the bad ones... there are too many companies doing this type of work and its not rocket science

Mr. Jenkins did a fabulous job on our stair carpet, upholstery, and area rugs. Great care was given to stained spots and protecting the original pine & oak floors in our Historic Property. We highly recommend this reliable business. Mr. Jenkins is thorough and has trusted years of experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning. The Historic Magnolia House remains clean and welcoming thanks, in part, to Mr. Jenkins and his expertise.

I don't remember the guy name, but he did a very job on the carpet. He was very friendly, was on time

Rick and Dave were incredible. No mess and super informative. Super nice I had one to the side half the time talking. They know exactly what they’re doing and they did incredible work. No stone unturned

Matt and Keith, you guys are awesome! You both did an amazing job cleaning my duct vents. The air quality in my house is 100% better than ever! Dave, I thank you and your team for providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend ProClean for duct cleaning services at an affordable price.

Had them clean my house up after hurricane Matthew in 2016. Came in every now and again to my own house to find half eaten apples, moldy mozzarella sticks from wawa on the floor and personal nasty things all over the place.. Extremely poor paint. I dealt with Kevin many years ago and am still unhappy with the way my walls look and how unprofessional the entire team was. Would NOT recommend

Received the usual professional service getting my carpets cleaned today. Keith and Ricky did a great job and my house smells so good. The pattern back and forth on my carpet is amazing....looks like a machine did it not a human.

I sent a question through email, from the website under "contact us", and no one has bothered to contact me with a response... had a large job for them. They Lost!

I can NOT say enough wonderful things about this company. They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. They care very much about their workmanship and quality. My house smells amazingly fresh. I turned to Pro Clean after a Groupon purchase went bad from another company. I was skeptical due to what had just happened from the other person. However after having Pro Clean at my home.. they have my business forever! I will say I've spent many years in the cleaning industry, had my own cleaning business, worked in apartment complexes and I know clean. Again Thanks guys! You are AMAZING!!!
