The shop was a challenge to find, but once there...the owner was wonderful, very professional, friendly and the service was great and quick. Highly recommend. UPDATE: 10/14/26. The parking is still a challenge, but I returned for another oil change bc this place is terrific!

Great Service at a great price! Great customer service, friendly, helpful and informative. Speak both English and Spanish 🏆 I usually go to dealership for maintenance but each time they raise the prices, so I decided to look on online for other options and I found this great spot! They fit me into the schedule at the end of the day which I was super thankful for! They went above and beyond by checking other issues I've been putting off, and gave me a great price on parts and repairs for the extra things I needed. This was definitely a hidden gem! 💎 They have a loyalty program too, so I definitely will be back again.

My family and I were heading out of LA back to Phoenix on a Friday afternoon and our van started acting up. Called around and landed on Prime Automotive to hopefully get fixed up in short time. Juan answered the call and got us right in, diagnosed and fixed up. This shop is one of the best experiences I've ever had. Fair price, professional service front to back. Thank you for getting us on our way Juan, rare to find an awesome car repair garage as great as Prime Automotive!

Had such a great experience with Prime Automotive! Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and really took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and look out for you like you’re part of the family, which is honestly so hard to find nowadays. The whole experience was easy and comfortable from start to finish. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy and welcoming place!
