Bought tires from them many times. Fair price and great service. Mario the Manager knows his inventory by memory. Pretty impressive! I believe the nice lady in the office, kathy might be an owner. She is so nice and I always enjoy talking to her. About a week ago we needed set of tires for my ladies suv. Hard size to find for set of used tires. But they always have them in stock. I was busy and she took her suv in and everyone was helpful and courteous. Great set of tires at great price. She was extremely impressed and told me "now I know why you really like this tire shop". Our son drove all way from Denton to buy a set of new tires for his car here also. He was also impressed with them.

I've always had a great experience here. The entire staff does a great job and more importantly, when the budget requires it, you can find a solution at Payless Tire. Google came back and said that I needed to add more detail. As a reader of this review, do you really want to know that I purchased a used Nitto 255/80R20 to serve as a taller spare tire relative to my aftermarket tires and wheels? I wonder if this is enough additional detail to not be called out by Alfabeto?

I’ve been coming to this tire shop for years, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is Mario. He’s been there for many years and really knows how to run the place. He’s experienced, helpful, and treats customers with respect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about making sure people leave satisfied. It’s hard to find someone with that kind of experience and dedication these days. Mario is a big part of what makes this tire shop a place I trust and recommend to others. Great service and a hardworking team!

This place has been a steady tried and true tire shop for many many years. Always a friendly staff member ready to help you without any gimmicks. Being a female, its often we are targeted to get taken advantage of at mechanic/tire repair places but NOT here!! Love all the guys here and have been coming here for all my tire needs since highschool! I cannot reccomend Payless Tire Garland more!

Man cant say enough about these guys great customer service and these guys are fast the lady at the front desk is a sweet heart the price was expensive but thats on me the tires were just expensive as is great place ill be back and all my vehicles will go there

I had an awesome experience at Payless Tire! I brought in my new CCW wheels and tires, and the team took great care of everything. A big thank you to Supervisor Mario for making sure the job was done right and to Jasiel for carefully mounting and balancing my new tires. They handled my wheels with care, paid attention to the details, and the results came out perfect. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with expensive wheels, but these guys exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent, everyone was professional, and they got me taken care of quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Payless Tire to anyone looking for quality tire work.

Great experience at Payless Used Tire! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. They got me in and out quickly without any hassle. This is one of the few tire shops I completely trust with all my vehicles. Mario and his crew have been there for a very long time. They take pride in their work and they are very careful not to damage or scratch anything. I always drive away thinking I couldn't have done it better myself. These guys are A+!

Super cool people from the techs to the cashier lady. They get you in and out as fast as possible. No sign in wait list. No fluff, no b.s., they wont try to sell you more than what you need.
