100 opinii o Ontario Steam Carpet & Duct Cleaning Windsor

They are the best I have ever had for my home air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I would say Ontario steam is the best duct cleaner of the city. Thank you so much for your genuine and exceptional service. 100% recommended!!!!!!!

Keep looking if your home has a crawl space. Will not do homes with a crawl space.

Great service, detailed and efficient. They cleaned every duct including the dryer vents and the dryer itself. They took the time to clean and reach the vent that was covered up by a bulkhead in my basement!

Very honest hard working people. They came in, protected my walls, and cleaned up any mess that cleaning your vents would leave. Price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend

Used their service due to many good reviews, and in the phone, they claim to be the best in town.but in reality ,I didn't have good experiences, a couple ( man and wife I guess)came in to do cleaning, very rude, cut my furnace without ask , leave everything a mass, finished work about half hour.... I will not use them again. Very Poor quality of service.

These are two of the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We contracted Mike and his wife to do our home's duct cleaning, as well as dryer vent cleaning and steam cleaning some older (very dirty) carpet in September 2025. They are awesome people and did an amazing job. They could not have been kinder or harder working and we would both recommend them and use them again.

I inquired about my furnace duct cleaning They responded right away with a quote. I replied back saying maybe in a couple weeks. I decided a little later to see if the can book me for October 3. That was at approx 11:13 no reply. Again at 12:50 still no reply. I messaged back around 3:30.saying they are not interested in my business and Im going elsewhere. Then they decided to Rey and asked if I wanted to book a cleaning. To late already booked with someone else since they didn't get back to me. They had and excuse of they were busy they couldn't get back to me sooner. No thanks, their loss

Their duct cleaning portion was not that bad but related works were terrible. They damaged washer hose while moving it away from the wall but didn't care to fix it saying they are busy, I had to call plumber to replace the damaged hose and my tenants were out of laundry for 3 days. Also they didn't clean the area as it was. Paid them extra $25 as they replaced a hose that costs $15 outside but left the old one along with all the dust all over. Didn't even bother to put back filter cover after replacing it.

Mike was great. He and his boss cleaned out the dryer vent for my parents’ home. The dryer works so much better than it did before the vent cleaning. Thanks Mike!

Ontario Steam cleaned both my duct and carpet. Mike is very cordial and worked hard to clean my duct and carpet nicely. Now it looks like a new brand-new carpet. Also, for the duct cleaning, they opened all the vent and exhaust and got them cleaned with forced air pressure and their heavy-duty industrial vacuum system.

I just had my ducts professionally cleaned by this lovely husband and wife team. They did a very good, thorough job and they both have a great sense of humour. Highly recommend!

We had Mike and his team, (his lovely wife), at our place yesterday to do our ducts & the dryer vent. Very professional team ... they did a great job, with minimal clean-up afterwards, and the whole house smells so fresh! I would highly recommend this Company ... great job & very nice people, you won't be disappointed! Thank you so very much guys & hope you had a nice evening celebrating your Birthday 🎂 🥳

Very professional! They were very detailed. And made sure every duct and cold air return was done. Also made sure to ask about the dryers and the vents (which I never even thought to ask about being done) . I would highly recommend recommend going with this company!

I requested two chairs to be disinfected and cleaned. I couldn't be more happy with the results. They look amazing again!

One of the best in the town

Great service! Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I had our dryer vent serviced today. We had an appointment for 1:30pm he called at noon saying they were going to arrive in 45min. I didn’t mind the earlier time. They did a wonderful job cleaning out the vent and reconnected everything. They were both very friendly and efficient with the job. I would recommend Ontario Steam and I would use their services again in the future!
