As painless of an accident repair experience as I could have hoped for. Vicente (apologies if this is misspelled) was professional and kept me updated and in-the-know throughout the entire process. My vehicle was seamlessly repaired on time and spotless when I came to pick it up. Couldn't recommend more.

I’ve had several instances of needing repairs on my car and I’ve always had an amazing experience! They’re super communicative, fast and really take the time to explain what’s happening (as someone not familiar with cars). They’re my go to at this point!

This body shop and the staff are so helpful and very nice…I came from out of state to visit and unfortunately had the under shield of my car break loose. Roy the manager went and above and beyond and got me a solution to be able to make it back home safely! 10/10 recommend and a super plus on the lobby being really clean, fresh, and comfortable!

After being rear-ended, I drove around for a month or two with damage to my car before my insurance company recommended this shop. I initially asked about Black-owned shops, and while they weren’t able to locate one at the time, they strongly recommended this location because of its five-star reviews. I decided to give them a try—and I’m really glad I did. They did an excellent job. My car looks brand new, like the accident never happened. The workmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality were top-tier. The reviews were accurate. I’m very satisfied with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing quality repair work.

I recently had a car repair done at On the Road Garage. I have a Rivian and they are one of only 2 certified Rivian repair shops near me in Dallas. I had estimates done at the other certified shop and it came in 2x what On the Road estimated, and the overall feeling I had during the estimate was that they were less honest about what actually needed to be repaired. When I dropped the car off at On the Road, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, waiting room and what I could see of the repair area. I expected this due to it being Rivian Certified, but it still exceeded my expectations. They don't appear to be very high volume so it felt like the service was personalized. I was THRILLED to find out they are a woman-owned business. Communication was excellent and they sent me updates via text throughout the process. When I picked up the car, it was literally cleaned to brand new inside and out which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was friendly and felt trustworthy, something I am hypersensitive to being a woman entering a car repair shop. I would use them again if I have the need.

I just want to say that I appreciate the service and hospitality of this shop. I got into a fender bender and went through my insurance to fix my brand new 2025 Kia. My car was not only clean when I arrived, they offered me a drink and my car was ready 2 days earlier than scheduled. They even gave me a ride to get my rental because Enterprise didn’t show. Plus The shop did a great job repairing it. 10/10 def recommend

I used On the Road Garage for repairs to my Rivian after getting rear ended. This was by far the best experience I have had with a automotive repair shop. They were responsive and clear communicators and performed excellent work. They event went above and beyond by buffing out a scratch unrelated to the collision. Special thank you to Roy!

On the Road Garage is the only place you need to go for vehicle repairs. The place is clean, smells good. The staff is VERY professional and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed at all. Their word is as good as gold. This place is a gem. I will forever be a customer. Hopefully you will too. Be sure you talk to Ralph. No need to look anywhere else. This is your vehicle repair facility.

My grandmother took my car in to get paint removed off one of my tires. She said that the customer service was amazing and that they worked efficiently to get the paint off. Thank you for your help!

NICE CUSTOMERS SERVICE …..Insurance recommended. They Stated that my radiator (car was purchased from CarMax) was old and needed repair before wreck because they seen rust build …Wrong….but they diagnosed the overflow jug as the issue. Took 2018Audi to AUDI for repair, now body shop will NOT fix. . They stated bc it’s a 2018 and NOT NEW parts WONT BE STILL ON VEHICLE…WOW…SO Had to bring parts I PICKED UP FROM GROUND for them to BELIEVE it was on before wreck but they Still WONT REPLACE…..impact bar missing foam,screws missing, hood not open nor closed completely, lights were makeshift with foreign parts to hold up them and so on……

Came in for a bumper fix and Mr Roy the manager was amazing! Customer service top notch and they fixed my car the same day! Please BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS ASAP!

Wow! I have never had a more seamless and pleasant collision center experience. The communication was stellar. The attention to detail was fantastic. The kindness and courtesy was top-tier. I am very happy with the product and customer service. The front desk was always willing to help and made sure to call back when they didn’t have the answer immediately. My insurance suggested this shop for repairs after being rear ended. After a few weeks of service I was called to pick up my car. It was clear no one did a final inspection of the vehicle. There were tools left in the vehicle, a piece of the backseat wasn't properly put back together. My speakers in the back of the car no longer work, and I cannot connect my car to the app system I used prior to putting my car in the shop. I'm not sure what they did, or didn't do, but they did not return my car a good condition.

My cousin was there recently for an estimate, manager wasn’t attentive seemed very rushed and inpatient with us.

Had a time crunch issue with state inspection expiring and Ben handled it great! Got the part ordered super fast and installed! They also fixed my car after someone hit me in the past and did an incredible job. Highly recommend!

Just amazing. These guys are rock stars. The communication is amazing and they finished my vehicle before schedule. They also coordinated with the vehicle rental company and the process was seamless. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
