I had an appointment for a portable carpet steam cleaning. There was some mix-up and they sent the truck mounted system which was not usable as my apartment was on the third floor. Justin and Bill promptly left and went to pick up the portable unit and returned in record time. They went out of their way...above and beyond to get the job done beautifully! Thank you so very much for a job well done. I couldn't be more please. Aside from a great job they also had a great attitude👏👏👏

I had a flood upstairs in the laundry room that filled the ceiling of the living room beneath. What a mess. I called Night Owl Express for help and mitigation. It was a lot of water and a lot of work but they did a great job for me. They kept the work areas clean the few days they were here and had respect for the rest of my home as equipment was moved in and out. Thanks Justin for going the extra mile here. We have used night owl express cleaning several times. Their staff is always professional and quick to reply and dispatch a tech for cleanings. We just had Justin the manager of night owl come out he was fantastic! We have 3 large dogs and sometimes they have accidents in the house pee poo or puke you name it. Night owls techs leave our carpet clean and smelling new. They do a thorough job cleaning. Show up on time are friendly. They are cost effective and I highly recommend them! We will absolutely use them again!

I love this company!! Second time using them and they are so quick to respond and did an amazing job both times. Today I called them to see if they could urgently come in for a cleanup as my daughter was sick yesterday and threw up on the carpet. They showed up same day and cleaned/disinfected the whole area. You can’t even tell anything was on there and the smell is GONE!! Last time they were here I had them clean the carpets and they came out looking brand new 🩷 And their prices are beyond fair. I can’t recommend them enough!!

I reached out to this company and was told they had availability between 12–2. I immediately informed them I was only available after 2 PM and was told that could be accommodated. However, the confirmation I received the day before the appointment listed a 12 PM time. I called, left a voicemail, and sent a text to verify the correct time, but received no response. The following morning, which was the day of service, I called and was told they could not accommodate 2 PM. Since I was moving and the apartment was empty, I asked if I needed to be there for them to enter. They said no and we agreed they could enter with the door left unlocked and I would pay online. 12 PM came and went with no communication. After work, I returned to the apartment and confirmed no one had entered and the door was still unlocked. When I followed up, I was told the technician had called me and that the door was locked. That is untrue. I had no missed calls, and I personally verified the door was unlocked when I returned back to the apartment and was able to walk right in. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after seeing another customer describe a similar experience, it’s worth noting there may be a pattern of incorrect scheduling and/or not showing up.

My tech Justin was super friendly and efficient. This was my first time using them, and I will continue to call them for any cleaning I need. They contacted with me in email and texts, the quote price was what I paid. No pushy sales or anything else. They were on time and fast. A great employee and company. Carpets look great.

As a first-time customer, I'm very disappointed with their service or shall I say lack of. I called and scheduled an appt for carpet cleaning service with Night Owl almost a month ago. My appt was for today (Nov 20th) between 10am-12pm. I spent the past few days getting my home prepared for the service. I received a confirmation text the day before to confirm my appt which I did and I received another reminder text the morning of. By noon no one had arrived nor had I received a call so I begin calling them. It took me an hour and a half of continuous calling before I was finally able to get ahold of someone who was Jeff. When I spoke with Jeff he initially gave me the impression that he was unaware of my appt and then he seemed to have remembered. He informed me that he was driving and that he would have to get a hold of one of his workers to see what was going on and that he would call me back. That was at 1:30pm when I spoke with him and I did not receive a call back from him until almost 3pm. When he finally called me back he informed me that he was unsuccessful with getting a hold of his worker to find out what happened. He attempted to rectify the situation by offering to have the company come out on Monday at a discounted rate. When I refused the offer he then attempted to lower the price until he eventually offered to do it for free. Although this was a kind gesture on his behalf to try to make things right, I declined. As a first-time customer this experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Although they may have done a great job had they shown up, the level of service I received was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, when I clicked on the link for my appt status, it reflected that the service had been completed which is absolutely false because no one ever showed up. Overall I was a brand new customer that booked an appt well in advance and on the day of no one ever showed up or called. In addition it took me an hour and a half to finally reach someone and when I did that person did not call me back until over an hour later. Needless to say I will never attempt to utilize their services again nor will I ever refer anyone to them. In the end I ended up contacting another company and was able to schedule a same-day appt. This other company gave me an estimate time frame of arrival and was at my home an hour later. They got the job done in an hour and did a great job. Although I was let down by Night Owl company, I was able to receive satisfactory service from another company.

The worst service I have ever had! Had them come out to do job messed my couch up bad carpet so wet it came threw my toes and up top of foot what parts were done. Promised to come back and fix the issue and was just as bad. I’m handicap on walker was supposed to move furniture for me lol I’ve been waiting since Wednesday before thanksgiving and it is January now

Very professional and quick service! Each time they come my carpets look like new again. They were even able to clean my sectional that is very difficult to clean on my own. The only company I will trust and they are priced very reasonably!

Highly recommend Night Owl Express Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. Very special shout out to Justin for his expertise, customer service skills and professionalism. I was very impressed with his knowledge , attention to detail, friendliness, and easability to work with. Justin was very personable and he did a great job from start to finish. Our carpet is not too old (less than 2 years) but I know Night Owl will be sure to elongate the lifespan of our carpet. I plan on having them come twice a year now for cleanings. Office/reception staff was also very prompt and communicated greatly with my appointment reminders and quotes. If you are looking for next level cleaning services, call Night Owl!
