My 2014 BMW may end up being totally rebuilt by New World Auto because of all the replacement parts over the years. The car continues to run and I appreciate the service.

Do not come to this place. I gave my car in for annual service and I had brand new led light bulbs in my 2006 Toyota Corolla, and that idiot guy thought he can be sneaky and just keep them without telling me and put in old weak light bulbs. I went to back to him straight up and said give me back my leds and that dude was in disbelief lol. Please don't come here they are some scammers trying to rip you off.

Dependable work without upselling.

Great job 👏

Mr. Gary is the man. I use to go to this shop when I lived in this area and he was a mechanic i could trust. Thats so rare. He still in business I know its because he is a good person! And great mechanic.

Gary is the most thoughtful person in the world.I grew up going to his shop as it has been a staple in this part of town for years. I live in Allen now, but today, my wife’s car needed new brakes and Firestone and other shops were gouging me on price and not friendly... We needed new brakes and rotars on BOTH axles. I dropped it off at 9am and it was done by 1pm (on Saturday before Memorial Day)! If you want GREAT service AND great price, you HAVE to go see Gary at New World Auto!

New World Auto has been a life saver. Mr Gary is friendly, professional and a great businessman when it comes to repairing a vehicle. He has always been honest and trustworthy. I have read mixed reviews that were good and negative. I can’t believe the negative reviews at all. Mr Gary and his staff are Amazing. Everyone has their own opinion and my husband and I have ours. Please use New World Auto, you will not be disappointed.
