I recently had to get my side mirror fixed, Greg did an exceptional job in finding one and keeping in mind the lowest prices I could have got. The part got delayed but Greg followed up and made sure it got fixed. Thanks a lot Greg!!!!!

I recently had my 325i repaired at Millen autobody, I will now be a lifelong customer. As a woman I normally feel disrespected and undermined when needing car repairs but that was not the case here. I felt respected and heard and everyone was very communicative, accommodating, and broke things down that I didn’t understand and explained them to me down to the last detail. Greg and Scott in the office were amazing and kept their word, keeping me updated every step along the way. My car looks better than it did before I brought it to them and I can’t imagine ever taking my car to another shop. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

Zero Quality Control, Endless Delays, and Billed for Unperformed Inspections I strongly advise anyone against using Millen Auto Body. My experience with them was frustrating from start to finish. My vehicle sat in their shop for six weeks for a right-front repair, and the entire process was defined by poor service and zero accountability. Charged for Inspections They Didn't Do: They charged over $100 for a "post-repair scan" and billed for servicing the right-front tire. Yet, the moment I turned on the ignition to drive away, the TPMS (tire pressure) warning light was glaring yellow on my dashboard (see the picture that I took after I got my key). They couldn't even bother to perform a two-minute tire pressure check before handing the keys back to me. Unreasonable Delays & Poor Communication: I called them at least ten times throughout the process. Multiple times when I asked for an update, they promised to check and call me back, but never did—forcing me to follow up every single time. Whenever I asked for an estimated completion time, they claimed they were waiting on parts, yet they couldn't even provide a tracking number when asked. Wasted Fuel & Negligence: On top of the tire pressure oversight, my car was returned with a noticeably lower fuel level after sitting idle and being moved around their lot for over a month. They claim to offer quality service and strict inspection procedures, but charging for post-repair diagnostics without even noticing a bright yellow dashboard warning light proves it’s all empty talk. Save yourself the time, money, and headache—take your vehicle somewhere else!

Greg and Katrina were not only very helpful and listened... they promised, they delivered... they were very nice and personable. My classic toaster 2006 Scion xB was in a crash and when these guys were done with it.. it looked like a brand new car. My white car was immaculately cleaned and detailed. If only they do performance tuning, I wouldn't go to any other shop for my engine needs. Thank you Millen for making my baby shine... and as Katrina described it... "it is on fire"!!!

Came here at the recommendation of my brother, who is a mechanic at another shop that works with these folks often and sings high praises of their work ethic. Greg and the team fought tooth and nail to get my repair at a price where insurance wasn't tempted to just consider my car totaled. Team is communicative and friendly. Thank you!

Took my car here for some extensive body work after years of scrapes and dents. The end work was fantastic. Car looked totally like new, no signs of all of my damage. They were thorough, detailed, did the metal work to make it look right, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Also finished the job ~20% under the lowest quote I got from 4 other body shops. Couldn't recommend more.

Best place to fix your car. They worked directly with the at-fault driver’s insurance and got my car fixed in a very timely manner! They went out of their way to find EXACT OEM parts to match the other side of my car. Even cleaned interior as a finishing touch! 10/10 will work with them again

Came in for a car accident repair. Greg is SUPER helpful and friendly, took time explaining the cost and details. Love the energy of the shop. Would recommend 100%.

Millen bodyshop are proffesional performing quality work and materials. I've dealt with the most positive energy dedicated woman (Katrina Stokes), she's amazing, honest and straightforward. If you need boywork done on the eastside I would highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable

Walked in without an appointment with a water leak issue on my 2017 Nissan Rogue. They took my car in right away, diagnosed and fixed a clogged sunroof drain in about 25 minutes — and didn't charge me a penny. This is the kind of honest, old-school service that's hard to find anymore. Millen Autobody just earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.

The stuff is very kind and nice. I came here to fix my dented vehicle. I don’t want to replace the whole parts which take $1k+ and they helped me bended it back beautifully, free of charge! I really appreciate it.

Mullen Autobody just repaired my 2024 Honda CRV and they did a fabulous job! The work on my car was excellent and they delivered my vehicle in the timeframe promised. In addition to repairing my car they also cleaned and detailed it inside and out. If you are looking for a great, trustworthy body shop - this is the one!
