Javier and Maria helped my car with their professional services and extra care! When the price is pretty reasonable, I got the same service as a dealership! Thank you 😊

I probably took longer to write this review than Javier and his guy took to fix my bumper. When I came to his shop, my bumper was hanging on by a thread—at one point, it even came off completely! I wish I had taken a picture of my car in its worst state, but I was too panicked and focused on not dying getting there. I left his shop in less than 15 minutes, though, and it looked great to me! ¡Muchas gracias, Javier!

Javier treated me so well and assured me my car will be in good hands. My bumper needed to be fixed and his honest opinion I extremely appreciated. The job was done fast and they did extra care on my car. The price was truly great. Thank you for the service I will definitely recommend them.

Javier and his wife had amazing service, my insurance was only trying to cover 5%, and they were so detail on my car that they we’re able to proof all the damages on my car from my accident and had my insurance cover everything. Not only did help me fix my car but their customer service was great and had full communication on any updates on my car too. Will definitely recommend them.

Great experience with Mexico Auto Body J & M! My car suffered front & rear bumper damage after an accident & Javier & Maria made the entire repair process stress free. Paint match was flawless you couldn’t even tell it was in an accident they completely washed and vacuumed it . Great customer service! Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In a time when it can be difficult to know who you can trust, finding a business that is genuinely honest and stands behind what they say is incredibly refreshing. I was very impressed with how honest, professional, and kind everyone was. They explained everything clearly, gave me their proposal, and stayed true to what they originally promised—no surprises or unnecessary changes. You can really tell that they care about treating their customers fairly and doing the right thing. On top of that, the actual repair work was excellent. My car looks great, and I have absolutely no complaints. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to their customers. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality work from people they can trust.

When my car was parked quietly and compactly, some fool hit it and ran. I went to a few well-reviewed repair shops and received consistent quotes. I went with Mexico because of the good reviews, somewhat bikeable from home, and upfront / direct regarding cost and timeline. Recommend if you have to deal with body repair!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Javier at Mexico Auto Body J&M. I brought my car in after it was damaged, and Javier went above and beyond from beginning to end. The quality of the work was excellent, the car came out looking great, and he made the whole process easy. What stood out the most was how helpful and honest Javier was. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and did more than I expected. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your car, especially with body work, but I would definitely come back here. If you’re looking for a body shop in Los Angeles that does great work and treats you right, I highly recommend Javier and Mexico Auto Body J&M. Thank you again!

After being involved in an accident, I needed the front and side of my car repaired. The owners went above and beyond to fix my car at record pace, provide great customer service, and come in below budget. I highly recommend if you need auto body repair, this is the shop that you go to.

I had a great experience with Mexico Auto Body! Javier provided excellent customer service from start to finish and was always professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They also offered a great price compared to other shops I checked, which made the experience even better. I really appreciated that they kept me updated throughout the process and sent me progress updates and pictures of my car, so I knew exactly how the work was coming along. The finished job turned out amazing—my car looks great and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations!

Fixed my bumper in an hour same day that i called! Friendly service and fair price!

Very good place for customer satisfaction.

I’m satisfied with the work they did to my car. I recommend this place, they are professional and fast with the service.

Truly excellent experience after my first car crash. Javier and Maria were helpful and friendly, every repair was communicated to me in detail, and the final cost was very reasonable. Ended up getting my car back in better condition than it was even before the accident!

I was in an accident with uninsured motorist couple weeks back.I went to bunch of auto body shops to fix my quarter panel and back passenger side door on my kia 2002 forte and was quoted over 7000 dollars .But Javier fixed it perfectly for half the price and did a free fix over 500 dollars on my front bumper which happened before the accident. He fixed it in less than 5 days and gave me a rental car for 100 dollars (i would have paid over 500 dollars to rental car otherwise)for aweek !.This is a very friendly family business .If you want to avoid those fancy high-end shops charge you over 500 dollars for just for paper works, Please support your honest hardworking neighborhood businesses
