Had a really good experience here. Mark was honest, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of trying to upsell me. The work was done quickly and the car runs great now. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and the quality of the work. Definitely recommend this shop if you want fair prices and someone you can trust.

Mark is the absolute best! I drove from Austin because my wife said he gave her a fair price, was kind, and was quick. Mark surpassed my expectations - he went above and beyond to find a solution for my AC and engine without breaking the bank in under an hour. On top of that, he has incredible attitude. HIGHLY recommend!

Wow ! This place is amazing. Went there to get a couple of things checked on my car + and oil change and they did an amazing job. Fast service, great customer service , and you know you’re putting your money in a right and reasonable place.

Mark and his team were incredibly helpful and fair! I called late in the day to see if he could help me with my breaks and he said yes. They worked late to have my breaks done the same day and they gave me the fairest price I heard of after calling several businesses in the area. I would drive to Dallas just to work with Mark’s DFW automotive

Mark is actually superhuman. My serpentine belt snapped on the highway on my way to work and not only did he meet me at my office to repair it, but he did so in 95 degree heat while giving me live updates and texting photos of what broke and what else needed replacing. Turns out it was the idler pulley, it had a broken bearing that caused it to seize. After repairing it, he gave me a much lower invoice than I was expecting, and then had me drive to his shop to clear the code on the ECU and send me on my way! Car troubles suck when they happen unexpectedly, but Mark made it a fantastic experience. Will definitely come to him again.
