Jay at Main Cleaning was great to work with. He showed up on time to pickup and deliver a rug I had cleaned. They even helped moving it into the house. I will definitely be working with them in the future. I appreciate working with a trusted local company that has such a variety of services.

“Best carpet cleaning in town — I’ve never seen it look this good” I had a lot of questions before booking — our carpet hadn’t been cleaned in nine years and the walkways were black and matted. Jay, the man in charge, assured me they’d do the best job in town, and he was right. The technician, George, was unbelievable. He pre-treated the heavily soiled areas, took his time, and did extra passes so the carpet wasn’t left soaked. The traffic lanes that were black and matted now look 1000% better. No smell, no dampness, no shortcuts. What really sealed it: when I tried to tip George, he’d already written the ticket and could’ve easily added it on, but he just said, “Mr. Bell, it was my pleasure. Don’t worry about it at all.” That kind of honesty is rare. And Jay even texted me a couple hours after the job just to check in. You just don’t see that kind of care anymore. Our carpet is old and needs replacing eventually, but this is the best it’s looked in years. Main Cleaning Solutions delivers. Highly recommend!

Jay’s Main Cleaning Solutions Company is hands-down the best cleaning service company in Tallahassee and North Florida Region. I will not use anyone else due to his great customer service and exceptional cleaning abilities. On August 8, 2026 he cleaned my carpet that was in awful condition and had countless pet stains. God bless you, brother! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SHOUTOUT to Brandon for cleaning most of all the white ceiling paint spilled on my girlfriend’s new Tucson. It’s a blessing that he came out so quickly to help me in a time of crisis. Thank you Brandon!!

Outstanding customer service!! I needed my sofa and carpet cleaned because a pet had passed away and urinated on them. I called at the busiest time of the year for them and they found time the very next day to clean the carpet and sofa. There was absolutely no urine odor left and the sofa looks like new. Brandon, the service man, was professional, yet very kind and understanding of my grief. I would highly recommend Main Cleaning Solutions without hesitation.

Daniel was prompt, polite, and professional, and he easily worked around our busy household. He went above and beyond to clean our furniture — especially taking extra time to remove embedded dog hair and sharing helpful tips for keeping our furniture clean in the future. We appreciated his quality of work and attention to detail, and would definitely recommend his services!

Phenomenal. We had a stain that seemed like it was going to be permanent. I even made the mistake of unsuccessfully and ill-advisedly attempting to fix it myself. They were able to come out the same day and fix clean the stain without a trace.

Had a beautiful home birth- but at the last second had to move off the pads we put down on the carpet and made a mess. I texted Jay and he sent someone out within a couple hours, who got it completely out and also said the cleaning was on the house! Our house is listed for sale and we were super worried about having a huge stain…so grateful they were so good and so prompt before the stain could set. I’ve used them in several of my homes, and 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

This was our first time calling Main Cleaning Solutions. But, It will not be our last! Not only was I able to conviniently schedule the appointment by text, I was quoted and paid a Great Price! Rick, the technician arrived early, and he was very gentle and patient with me and my elderly mommie. AND he did a superb job cleaning our carpet! THE LINES are Proof! ❤️ My carpet looks sooo much better! And it smells so good. Kinda smells fruity and sweet, like cotton candy!! Awesome 1st experience! We'll be calling again very soon! -- 🖐️⭐ --

We had a pretty awful situation—we accidentally left our freezer door open over the weekend (the refrigerator in our garage), and everything inside spoiled. The smell was absolutely unbearable, especially given the heat. We called, and he came out immediately with ozone equipment to help eliminate the odor. The difference was incredible. We were so impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism that we ended up hiring him for additional services, including a soft wash of our roof and pressure washing our windows. Everything looks amazing—like a completely refreshed home. Highly recommend—reliable, quick to respond, and does excellent work!
