This was my second time using Magic Carpet, and I was just as pleased as I was the first time. Along with having my carpets cleaned, I added two older European designer chairs and a Persian wool area rug and everything came out beautifully. My carpet feels fresh, smells wonderfully clean, and looks renewed. Since we have dogs, I especially appreciated the extra care and treatment they provided. The chairs and rug were handled with care and look fantastic. They even arrived a little early... definitely not on “Hawaiian time”, which I appreciated! Professional, dependable, and excellent results. I’m VERY happy and highly recommend Magic Carpet.

I had a great experience with Ken at Magic Carpet Cleaners. His attention to detail really stood out from start to finish. Before they he began cleaning, he carefully inspected the different fabrics and treated each one appropriately rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. It was obvious they understood how to properly care for different materials. They were thorough, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned the right way. My carpets and upholstery looked fantastic when they were finished. I highly recommend Magic Carpet Cleaners to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a company that truly cares about doing the job right.

The company has great communication. Arrived on time( early even) and did a thorough job cleaning all my carpet through my home. I also had Ken steam clean my den couch …love how nice and clean and fresh everything seems now. Price is reasonable also for all the work involved. I definitely recommend this local owned company for your steam clean needs. Mahalo for a job well done.

I booked the service online and it was fast and easy. The follow up communication to confirm, how to prepare for cleaning and reminders messages are prompted and efficient. The window time of arrival is workable and doesn’t require you take a big chunk out of your day. Ken the owner is personal and thorough. He helped me tidy up the place and moved some furniture. I pointed out a couple areas of pet stain and he explained how the steam cleaning works. What I like is to be able to see what came out of the carpet. My carpet is light colored and rather clean. When it was completed, Ken showed me the dirty water and what was extracted. Eewww! I’m very impressed with the deep steam cleaning and overall service. So much so that I booked another cleaning at a second place. I plan to have the couch, upholstery and rugged steamed cleaned. I’m sold on what I saw and quite pleased with how clean my carpet feels.

Been using Magic Carpet for years and Ken is always so professional and does an incredible job—which isn’t easy with the old carpet in my apartment. He always makes it look super new, gets out stains, and at a great price. I also have a cat and it’s so helpful to have the carpet reset.

I had the best experience! Excellent customer service. Ken is very friendly with extensive knowledge. My carpets looked amazing after he was done. It was quick and he was very mindful of my time. I am very grateful for his service. He had everything he needed right in his van. Professional service with a smile! I also got a receipt right away in my email.

The quality of service has gone down substantially from the first time we hired Magic Carpet Steam Cleaning. We will not use this company going forward as the last visit was very unprofessional, job left incomplete as equipment was packed up before cleaning all of the area rugs, and we had to fight to get the invoice adjusted. The owner was given a walk through prior to the date of the cleaning so that he could be shown all of the carpet, the number of area rugs we wanted cleaned, and floor to be strip waxed. We were promised an estimate of the cost upon his return from vacation, but none was ever provided. Several requests were made for the estimate that went unfulfilled. Due to no fault of the company, unfortunately, the strip and wax could not be done. The painters we hired were not finished painting as they said they would be. Thus, the room was not accessible. We communicated that to the owner, informing him that the painters were not done as originally planned. We tried to reschedule, but the owner was not willing to accommodate. So we left it. I expected the owner to come prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment to do what they were hired to do and not ask us the customer for any equipment. Instead, we were asked if we had a vacuum cleaner he could use. Of course, the answer was no, he should have come prepared and brought his own. We were extremely dissatisfied with the poor service provided. When the owner stated he was done, he was asked about the remaining area rugs, and he said that he had already packed up his equipment. This was done without verifying that the job was complete. There was a lot of back and forth with the owner that was not necessary and, frankly, was extremely disappointing. We had used this company for several years and were our go-to company for steam cleaning and strip and wax. Now we are in the market for a new company to hire. Sad to say that we had to sever the business relationship. Hopefully, the professionalism improves for future customers. Update to response: We informed you that we are not using your service again, which we exercised immediately. Mutual agreement to not do business again. Regardless, we were disappointed with the outcome and had hoped for a proper resolution. Reply to your statement: "We appreciate your honest feedback since you represent the word of god and for the past 5 years that you were 100% satisfied with our work I say that's an average of 4 stars experience and you weren't even the person we were communicating with on this job, it was your new director." Your statement that I represent the word of God does not have anything to do with the poor service we received. You were hired to do a job and did it poorly. I may not have been the person you were supposed to be dealing with but you continually kept calling me on my personal cell phone after I asked you not to multiple times and to call the office line. Details follow. You repeatedly ignored my request to call the preschool office line to leave a message and to wait for the director to be finished with her staff meeting. You continually called me on my personal cell phone even though I had asked you to call the preschool office line and informed you the preschool director was in a staff meeting and unavailable. You showed up earlier than the scheduled time and pulled the preschool director out of her staff meeting. You came completely unprepared for the job, asked for tools that as a carpet cleaning business you should have brought with you. Your company earned the one star rating based on the most current experience not the past. The star rating is determined by the customer experience not the business.
