I found M&R through these reviews, and I’m really glad I did! Robert was terrific to work with. He knew I was in a bit of a hurry so he did an initial evaluation of what was visible on the surface and gave me an estimate, letting me know that there was a chance of more damage that wouldn’t be revealed until he pulled it apart. His estimate was lower than I expected, but he completely nailed it. He worked within my schedule and budget, and finished earlier than expected and at exactly what he’d told me. He’s got me as a customer forever, and I’ve already told all my friends and family. Honest, reliable, affordable and with great attention to detail. Can’t ask for more than that.

Brought my car here after a car accident. The customer service and the workmanship were incredible- my car looks just as good as the day i got it! Robert was there to help every step of the way. Any questions and concerns I had, he was happy to answer. I cannot recommend a body shop enough. they exceeded every expectation. thank you !!!!🙂

This guy is the best. He was an extremely clear communicator, and he wound up assessing my car and fixing it up for an extremely affordable price. He's straight up and fair, and if not for him my hood would still be crumpled. He was able to quickly bend the hood back into place and he was also able to fix dents in the hood that I was certain weren't going to come out. This shop is one to trust!

Felt well taken care of and that they know what they’re doing here. Best to go in to the shop to get the ball rolling versus just calling. Used them twice so far and would go back

Warsztat Pana Roberta zrobił rewelacyjną robotę. Miałem stopiony tył auta ,wyglądało to tragicznie. Teraz po naprawie wygląda lepiej jak wyjechałem z salonu. Wymiana klapy bagażnika, światła, zderzaka oraz malowanie wykonane wzorowo. Do tego położona ceramika . Jednym słowem M&R jest wart polecenia . Oceniam 10/10

Robert at M&R was fantastic to work with. We needed our Jeep's side panel and paint work done on a tight timeline around our honeymoon, and he was incredibly accommodating. He worked with our specific schedule and had the car ready and waiting for us the moment we got back into town. The quality of the work was excellent. You honestly can't tell the panel was ever damaged. We'd actually gotten a quote from our Jeep dealership first, and Robert's price was significantly better and his turnaround was much faster. Can't recommend Robert and M&R Complete Auto Body Service enough. If you need body work done right without the dealership markup or wait times, this is the place.

​Got referred here by another mechanical repair shop, and I’m so glad I took their advice. The color match is absolutely flawless. I can't even tell anything happened. On top of the amazing work, the pricing was very fair and honest. No hidden fees or trying to rip me off. It was done quickly as well. Finding a trustworthy body shop can be tough, but Robert and his team at M&R Auto body are the real deal. Highly recommend!

My Acura MDX came to Robert’s body shop after a bad accident, and he fully repaired all damages and is true to his word. I have nothing but praise and highly recommend his services.

We have been to Robert and his crew at least three times now and they always go above and beyond. They charge reasonably and always pay great attention to details. Your car will be returned spotless inside and out! Very easy to work with and amazing results.

Robert the owner is awesome! I needed my Audi’s rear lower underside repaired or replaced. He personally got under my Audi, and saw the problem and fixed it without having to replace the parts which were expensive. He saved me a lot of money and time! I highly recommend him for his competence and honesty!

Decided to take my F-Pace to M&R for some paint work due to the overwhelming positive reviews and they did not disappoint. Robert and his team were fair, efficient, and most importantly did a fantastic job. I have had bad experiences at body shops around the city and was hesitant going somewhere without any prior relationship, but you can trust you’re in good hands here. The models and brands of cars getting worked on at the shop speaks for itself.

This auto body shop takes care of its customers. We had a damaged front bumper and bent frame that the insurance company wanted to total out the car. The folks there worked to find parts and not entire assemblies of parts to make sure it wasn't totalled out. They were thorough, and the workmanship is unmatched. While I hope to never need auto body work again, I would go back there in a heart beat. Highly recommend.

I recently contacted Mr. Robert with a problem that has recently arisen for many Honda owners in Chicago. As soon as the situation with insurance and obtaining a part was clarified, everything was done promptly in the workshop itself, literally in an hour. They installed a new part on my car, everything was checked on the computer. Thank you.
