Great experience with Linhard’s. They were recommended by Kelly’s Body Shop after an accident. They quickly picked up my car and got it where it needed to be.

Worst service, representative is so rude, trying to give me different prices on all the questions I gave it to her! Trying to rip the people plus being rude not good for business!

It only takes a single moment to realize when you’ve found a place you’ll go for life. This morning at Linhard’s was that time for me. I had been struggling for a couple of weeks to remove a poorly installed oil pan drain plug. I was nervous about the cost of the removal and called Linhard’s as a last resort. I knew I was going to be in good hands the moment I walked into the office. The plug was loosened within 10 minutes of my arrival and they refused to take any compensation from me. In these times, it’s so rare and refreshing to be helped by others out of pure generosity. I will absolutely return to Linhards for my repair needs and I hope to repay them in some way, although I may need to sneakily do so as they are just too nice!

Linhard's has taken care of my care for several years. They are honest and talk to you about upcoming maintenance that should be expected.

Love this shop. Honest work, honest prices and awesome workmanship. Dealt with Herb who was a straight shooter and did an awesome job. Highly recommend.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over 2 hours while employees were clearly ignoring my case and doing unrelated things. Terribly managed operation: unprofessional staff, extremely slow service, and zero respect for the customer’s time. They simply do not care. I strongly do not recommend this towing company.

Their tow truck almost caused an accident on 695 west bound in Towson! Their truck swerved across three lanes, forcing me to have to swerve quickly into the shoulder and almost hitting the wall! Teach your drivers how to actually drive and not cause accidents and almost kill someone! Would absolutely never recommend this business to anyone. Imagine if they were towing your car and drove this way and hit and killed someone. Absolutely ridiculous!

I trust them to recommend repairs and services that I actually need and nothing more. They are fair and the prices are reasonable. I'm happy to have a company that I can TRUST to go back to every time.

The two women at Linhard’s is not professional at all poor customer service they ask for a lot of paperwork just to get your car but still let you get your things out the car on top of that they asking for the vehicle title.

great service. Fast , friendly, quality service. Everyone always so nice. The best.

Awful treated like a criminal from the start. Only one way single minded bureaucratic red tape to get my vehicle back. If you're going through separation divorce or any vehicle ownership complications of any kind avoid Linhards towing. Linhards have only one concern how long can they keep you from your vehicle and rack up storage fees. The mechanics are great and very helpful but the front office bureaucracy red tape is awful.
