I needed my door handle replaced, they were very nice followed up with me to let me know when part will come in. I brought car in and it was done before noon same day. It looks like a brand new door. I will definitely be going back for future services.

I have been using Kevin's KC Brake for over 20 years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Fair prices and ALWAYS back up their work. If they can't fix it they will tell you up front and not waste your time and money. I own a Mercedes, Hummer and Chevy Malibu and they have worked on all of then for me. Great honest work force. Kevin is a great example of a caring owner that takes care of his customers and employees. I came back to this location because I was so pleased with my last experience, but this will be the last time and I won't recommend them either. I dropped my car off literally 2 days ago just to get the ac fixed. It took 24 hrs to get the diagnostic back, and I had to call repeatedly, and then the next day when they finally sent a notification, I immediately approved the work and almost 7 hrs later I'm still waiting. I'm sad that I thought I found a mechanic in KC and now I have to start looking again. After 2 days they say they still need yet another diagnostic after gett $250.00+ from me and repairing nothing. How after two full days and a 10+ hrs diagnostic the technicians still don't know what's wrong is beyond me. At least the staff is polite.

First review somehow was never made public so I'll post again but with out as much detail. Stopped at 3:30 with a large screw in my tire (they close at 5) on my way home. As I'm getting out of the car you can hear the loud hisssss from the tire. Person I spoke with in the service bay says he can't get to it today. Ok, was trying to help out a small business so I added more air (portable battery compressor) and went to Firestone a few blocks away. Fixed in record time and back on the road home.

I decided to drive up to Kansas City in my old Ford Ranger, and it started overheating and couldn't drive for more that 15 minutes, and ended up getting it towed the rest of the way by a good Samaritan. I took it to a Telle tire and they wanted hundreds of dollars just to start working on it and try to find a problem. Unsatisfied with that answer, I found this place after a Google search. They were very busy, but we're able to check my truck out the day after I dropped it off. They ran a test and told me I had a blown head gasket, without charging me. I was in a very desperate spot, and they chose to be helpful instead of trying to take advantage of me, every one of them being friendly and professional throughout. I can't recommend them highly enough

All the guys are nice, like they enjoy their jobs and are consummate pros. I just got an oil change and air filter on my bmw. But have had brakes done and I did have to take it back but they fixed what was wrong and discounted the parts true professionals. Perfect!

Do not come here if you're a woman and are unfamiliar with mechanical issues, you will be ripped off and stolen from!!! I paid about $770 for two break pads, two rotors that didn't need to be replaced but was forced into because they refused to replace break pads if I didn't because “they don't service break pads alone”, and one caliper to be replaced. The caliper itself cost $350 for them to provide and put a “newly refurbished caliper” on my car. I trusted that they would do the work they charged me for only to realize two days later, they had put the exact same caliper that was already on my car back on my car. When I took my car back in when I got the time to do so, I was told that the caliper got rusty due to the weather two days after they put a newly refurbished one on and it was my fault. A newly refurbished “FVP Premium Semi-Loaded Caliper” doesn't get rusty and need to be replaced two days after being put on. My other calipers that's been on my car for YEARS isn't rusty nor in bad shape or in need of immediate repair like the “newly refurbished caliper” they put on my car. When I asked if they could replace it since I had a warranty and realized it was the exact same caliper that was already on my car or at minimum in the exact same condition, they refused because they claimed it was my fault, the fault of other unrelated work that needs to be done on my car that they want money for, and the hot weather's fault that it needed to be replaced after only two days of their work. They also refused to give me a refund. They're predatory, misogynistic, dishonorable, racist, demonic, narcissists! If that sounds like the service you're seeking, come here! *Image of the same bad rusty caliper placed back on my car below👇 & proof that I paid for it to be replaced. I was also told I had to pay for break bleeding, the fluid, etc in order to get caliper replaced.

Kevin is great! Very professional, great communication, and I couldn’t beat the price.

The shop fixed the thing I was worried about, without an upsell, without anything extra. And the price at the end was perfect. Totally acceptable, and certainly worth the improvement.

They got me in and out in no time. I love how they send you an email that details all the things that they have inspected and looked at on your car. They make recommendations on what is urgent; what is not so urgent and what it's in good shape. Excellent customer service too. Everyone was super friendly, even when I interrupted their lunchtime! 🤣🤣 10/10, highly recommend.
