K&N is an absolutely wonderful place. All my Saabs have been repaired by them since the 80s. Jaris the owner has put together a great team of mechanics. Smart men who do a thorough job diagnosing and repairing cars. In addition, they are hardworking and generous people with a great sense of humor. There is no doubt in my mind that one can completely rely on their work and trust them.

K&N did an awesome job repairing the head gasket, radiator, thermostat,timing chain and both ball joints on my nephew’s 2016 Buick after the radiator was damaged from a fender bender.. You get what you pay for here, quality work! This is my favorite shop. We came all the way from Saint Clair Shores, that’s how much trust we have in K&N! The guys are awesome and Nikki too!

The staff are so friendly and helpful! I received quick and thorough service and was fully informed about everything. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a trustworthy, local, reasonably priced auto shop.

I have almost 30 years driving and trying to find a great mechanic to trust to fix my cars. FINALLY I found the K&N mechanic. What a wonderful people, professional and the most polite ever. Since the answering the phone you can feel the warmth and professionalism. It took two years to fix my Honda fit 2018. Everyone never checked carefully for the problems in this car, BUT this place took the time and found it. No thousands of dollars as other mechanics. It wasn’t the alternator, the battery or spark plugs and fuel injection. It was just bad wire connection. I think you guys with all my heart for your hard and honest work. From now on, I will never change the Mechanic but going to this store trusting these people. My best regards Kozeta

I look forward to the 2 hour drive to get our ‘07 SAAB serviced because the road time allows time to think, reflect, plan and get away. We’ll monitor the car’s performance and let y’all know if we detect any issues…

This is hands down my go to place! Helpful, informative, skilled and just genuinely good people. If you’re lucky enough to still drive a SAAB, this is your place and if you’ve moved on- they still have your back.

I was very happy with the service I got. My car had a serious driveability problem and K&N diagnosed the root cause of the problem and fixed an otherwise undriveable car. I thought the price was very fair and would recommend them unhesitatingly.

KN were our wonderful SAAB specialists, now repairing all makes. Great experience with Audi Q-7 brake job: pricing was fair & job promptly completed. Car drives like new!

I’m really glad I took my car here. I bought a used 2022 Acura RDX on July 21—my first car—and a few days later realized that none of the turn signal sounds or warning chimes were working. At first I thought it was just a setting, but after doing a lot of research, I suspected an instrument cluster issue. I took it to a local Acura dealer first. They told me the car was originally from Canada and the cluster had been replaced before I bought it. Because of the different programming, they couldn’t repair it and suggested either taking the car back to Canada for an OEM cluster or finding a specialist. Both sounded expensive and complicated. I called several shops around Ann Arbor and Detroit that specialized in Japanese cars or automotive electronics, but most either couldn’t help or sent me back to Acura. I was honestly close to giving up when I found K & N through Google because their website mentioned advanced diagnostics and programming. I dropped the car off and initially they also suspected the cluster. They even found a specialist in Miami who was willing to repair it, and the plan was to remove the cluster and ship it there. But before sending it out, K & N kept diagnosing the problem. Their technician suspected an issue with the fiber optic/MOST bus connection. I approved four hours of diagnostic/repair labor. The price felt expensive to me at first since this was my first real car repair, but compared with replacing the cluster or driving back to Canada, it was still a much better option. And I’m very glad I approved it. They found the actual problem was the wiring on the MOST bus and repaired it in-house. My turn signal clicks and warning sounds are finally working again, and the cluster never even had to be shipped to Miami! The whole process took about nine days. They can be very busy, so sometimes responses took a little while, but everyone was always friendly and helpful whenever I called or came in. S. Hepworth, Nikki Hays, JJ, and everyone I interacted with were patient and kind. What I appreciated most was that they actually took the time to find the real problem instead of simply replacing an expensive cluster. Another shop left me thinking I might have to take the car back to Canada, and K & N managed to fix it locally. Really happy I brought my first car here. Thank you to the whole team!

I had a great experience with K&N! They did an excellent job working on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and made the whole process easy and straightforward. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and trustworthy. I’d definitely recommend them!
