Inaccurate business hours. Scheduled an appointment for 8am and confirmed the appointment the day before. Got there at 8am and waited a half an hour for no staff to be there and no one answering the phone.

Great customer service and amazing work!

Honest, fast, fair — I’ll be back.

Had an unexpected engine issue. Called early afternoon and they worked me into their schedule that day. They communicate well, have fair pricing, and work quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with their service.

These guys went above and beyond! My husband and I bought an old camper van in Coos Bay on Saturday. Drove it back up to Portland without issue, but the next day (yesterday) when hitting the road back home to CO the brakes decided they were done. It was a Sunday, we were stuck, and these guys were one of the few shops open. They got us in, then spent last night sourcing and driving around to pick up parts. They knew we needed to get back home ASAP so this morning they got the work done, test drove it for safety, and got us back on the road. They also gave us a list of things to have looked at once we’re back home. We are beyond grateful these guys were open and willing to go the extra mile to get us back on the road. If you need maintenance or repairs on your car go check them out, they’ll do right by you. Thanks guys!! 💛

K&H did a pre-purchase inspection which saved me from buying a used car with major issues. They were extremely friendly and explained why they would not recommend the purchase.

It's the first time that I am recommending a mechanic, K&H Auto Shop!! I really like their service. My car stopped working on the freeway today, Sunday, and I looked on Google for a mechanic to find out what was wrong I found K&H outo shop I asked for their services thankful that they are open on Sunday they checked my car, found out what was wrong, and fixed it the same day. I am thankful for their service!

Friendly and welcoming, very accommodating to our schedule and provided excellent service with a quick turnaround and a price that was very affordable. Will gladly use them again in the future, and recommend that my friends do so as well.

Really happy with my experience here. I’m not a car person at all and had a lot of questions when I called. They took the time to explain everything to me and gave me a rough estimate over the phone before even seeing my car. I called around, and theirs was the lowest estimate. What they estimated ended up being pretty much exactly what I paid, which I really appreciated. I had my car towed in to have the axle fixed, and they fixed exactly what I needed without trying to add anything unnecessary. They also said they would call me before making any additional repairs if they found anything else wrong. As a single mom on a tight budget, I was really worried about how much this was going to cost, but they got it done within a few hours the same day and everything worked out perfect. They even test drove it and sent me a video showing everything was good. So far, everything is running great. They were straightforward, affordable, and treated me really well. I’ll definitely go back if I need anything done in the future.

Fast friendly service. They got us in right away, diagnosed in under an hour and fixed by the end of the a couple hours after that. They didn’t over charge. I’ll go back for sure.

I brought my car into K&H because they came highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, because of my own actions, they weren’t able to fix my car, but they were very transparent with me the whole time my car was with them and everyone was super professional and moral. I recommend this place!!

Had a new radiator put in my car today. They did a great job and my car is running great and smooth again. It's not my 1st time here. They do great work and the guys / mechanics here are awesome. I'm very comfortable with them and I trust their work. The prices are really good!! I will definitely stay with K&H AUTO BODY. I totally recommend this place one hundred percent!!!!!

Car broke on Saturday. Had it tower to these guys. Car was fixed Sunday and ready for pickup. Had a wonderful experience and everything works well and is guaranteed for a year. Great service. Needed control arms and tie rod replaced. Since it was from an accident- they didn’t even suggest to replace the other side. Trust. Polite too.
