JC is very friendly and did a great job on my Toyota Camry. Will definitely recommend others. Very friendly staff as well and very clean restrooms, you don't see this when it comes to Auto Repair Shops 🙂

My whole front shock system went out on my Audi A8L.. I literally called all over town getting price quotes and read reviews. After reading the reviews about JC Automotivel!!! I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START!!! THE WHOLE STAFF TOP TIER!! The owner MR. JC WHEN I SAY GOD BLESS HIM!!! The way MR. JC explained the process to me and the price for repair. THERE’S NOT ENOUGH WORDS I CAN SAY EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE HIM!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ MY CAR WAS DROPPED OFF THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND MY CAR IS READY NOW!! My car is driving better before!!! Good place to get your car fixed with fair price

Honest great prices very reliable. Went above and beyond when I broke down by their shop they stayed a little later after hours to finish working on my truck. Definitely recommend

I have brought 2 different cars to this shop each time service has been amazing. Today i took my car for breaks and once again service was top 👌 notch. Only place in Dallas i will take my car ❤️ The guy that is the owner is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST always so nice

Wanted to first start by saying thank you JC for repairing my Chevy Cruze 🙏🏾🥹 my Cadillac converter was going out , plus I needed a few sensors . You did an excellent job my car is now back driving faster omg lol . I do recommend him on any repairs for your vehicle 😊

Pues en efecto no se merece ninguna estrella el Señor muy grosero para tratar a las personas La segunda vez que fui se portó mal se le quedó un foco prendido Le volvió a prender la del motor y cuando llegué entré a la oficina y me dijo que ahora que y me dijo sálgase todavía no abro espéreme afuera Y no lo recomiendo para nada no sabe tratar a los clientes

So good they fix my car

Very poor service if your a woman bringing your car in, I brought my car in for axle work pick up my car the next day my car stop cranking up, I took it back they said I didn’t have oil which I had just had a oil changed 2 weeks prior by another company, charge me 200 to replace the oil, the next day the engine light came on over a 3 day span I was charged over $2000 an they were still causing my car to have issues that I had never had before bringing my car to them, be careful.

So I have a 2009 Ford F150. I took it to them thinking itwas the fuel pump. They could have easily charged me over $800 but instead they took the time to check everything and I only paid half of that. I'm not sure about these one star reviews because now that is my go to place for repairs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They're very nice plus they had free candy and it's not even Halloween!
