Excellent service. There fixed my car issues in more than one occasion and they've been exceptionally great every time.

Integrity customs did such an amazing job on my car! They went above and beyond and I can’t even express how grateful I am for them! Joey was so nice and had great communication the whole time! They even detailed and cleaned my car so good! I wasn’t expecting that at all and they killed it! My car is driving better than before I dropped it off.. Thanks guys!

Let me tell you about my experience, because I feel like this one hits a little harder coming from a woman who suddenly found herself getting eaten alive in a man’s world. I got into a car accident, and what followed was honestly almost worse than the accident itself. I was being spoken to horribly not only by my own insurance company, but by another body shop here in Vegas. I didn’t know exactly what I needed to do or how to fix the situation. I’m not an insurance adjuster. I’m not a mechanic. I don’t work in the collision industry. But I DID know I was being treated wrong. By the time I called Integrity Customs, I was at my absolute wit’s end. I was so frustrated that I almost felt bad for whoever was about to answer the phone and get the full story. That person happened to be Joey. And THANK GOD it was. From that first phone call, Joey treated me completely differently. He listened. He explained things to me without ever talking down to me. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions, and most importantly, he made me feel like someone was finally in my corner. And he didn’t just talk a good game he handled shit. When my insurance company became difficult and rude, Joey stepped in and dealt with them himself. After I had spent so much time feeling like I had to fight this battle alone, having someone who actually understood the industry stand up for me and take some of that weight off my shoulders meant more than I can explain. Throughout the ENTIRE repair process, he kept me updated. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle or feel like I had been forgotten. The repairs were handled quickly, communication was consistent, and Joey talked to me like a friend, not like another invoice or another car sitting in his shop. He made me feel valued. That might sound like a small thing until you’ve been in a situation where people repeatedly dismiss you, talk down to you, or make you feel like you don’t know enough to have a voice. Joey never made me feel that way. He made me feel like I mattered, my vehicle mattered, and what I had been through mattered. So LADIES, if you ever find yourself dealing with an accident, an insurance company, or a repair situation and you feel overwhelmed or like you’re being taken advantage of because you don’t speak their language CALL INTEGRITY CUSTOMS. ASK FOR JOEY. I genuinely cannot recommend this man and this shop enough. The name Integrity could not be more fitting. Five stars aren’t enough. 10/10. Ten damn stars. Excellent service .

Joey and the team did such an incredible job of repairing the paint on my Volkswagen Tiguan where my 17 year old created some very deep scrapes on the paintwork. The front right side door was clicking and he even agreed to realign it so it no longer clicks. Paint looks like brand new, scrape is now totally invisible. He was so communicative, incredibly well priced, the work was completed quickly and to a really high standard! I would highly recommend using them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent customer service! I needed to replace the headlights on my Lexus IS 250, and Joe took care of everything with no problem. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for excellent, reliable service. Thank you!

Was referred by Honda for a small dent in my bumper. When getting an estimate the price was very reasonable compared to other shops. Unfortunately, the first time taking my car in they did a pretty bad job. Wrong color, missing clips, and the alignment was off. But they were super sorry about it and got the car back in the shop fairly quickly. The second time around was 1000x better. Everything was perfect. Color, clips, and alignment. The bumper hasnt looked this good on the car. They stuck to their word and made it right. They also detailed the outside and inside. Would definitely go back and recommend this shop as they stuck to their word and went above and beyond.

The best! It’s always tough to find someone to work on your vehicle that you trust. Joey and Integrity are awesome! They’re honest, very fair, hard working and do an outstanding job! I couldn’t recommend them more!

The other day, while driving on the 95 freeway, the trim around my front right tire suddenly blew off. I was terrified. I managed to slowly make my way off the freeway at the Sunset exit, but I was stranded, overwhelmed, and honestly in tears. I didn’t have AAA, I didn’t know what to do, and I felt completely alone. Then I remembered Integrity Customs. This is the same shop that repaired my 2019 Kia Forte multiple times after it was stolen in 2024, so I drove there hoping someone might be able to help. It was a Saturday, and I wasn’t even sure anyone would be willing or able to do anything. That’s when I met Gabe, the original owner of Integrity Customs and Joey’s father. I can honestly say I will never forget his kindness. Even though he didn’t have to, Gabe went out of his way to help me. He treated me with compassion instead of seeing me as just another customer. At a time when I was scared, stranded, and falling apart, he stepped in without hesitation. His willingness to help when no one else could meant more to me than I could ever put into words. In today’s world, it’s becoming harder and harder to find people with that kind of character—people who genuinely care simply because it’s the right thing to do. This is the third vehicle I’ve brought to Integrity Customs’ Speedway location. I don’t give second chances to mediocre work, let alone thirds so I wanted to share. I’ve spent decades in environments where attention to detail is a must. I hold businesses to the same standard as I hold myself; Integrity Customs exceeds it. The quality of work is simply exceptional. I’ve had vehicles come off their floor looking better than they did the day I drove them off a dealer’s lot. On one of those, a car pushing twenty years old, I genuinely could not locate the repair site. I tried but the bodywork is that clean. What distinguishes this shop beyond the craftsmanship, though, is how they operate. Not only do they clearly explain their processes, they coordinated, multiple times, directly with my insurance company and the dealership for the final steps or inspection, managed the logistics, and kept me informed throughout. No chasing people down, no vague timelines, no surprises. Just a drop it off and be comfortable it’s done right. Much of that is owed to Mandy. She is amazing! Organized, relentless on your behalf, and genuinely invested in the best outcome for the customer. She pushed back where pushing back was needed, followed through on every commitment, and treated my vehicle and my time with respect. In my experience, that combination of diligence and advocacy is rare. Professional is an understatement! If you want work done right with someone in your corner while it’s being done, Mandy and Integrity Customs is the call to make. I’ve voted with my keys (and wallet) three times! They’re going to be my first stop if I need any bodywork!

Nothing but great things to say! My side skirt became loose and needed to be secured back in place and they were able to get me in quickly and get the job done within 45 minutes at an extremely fair price. It looks good as new. Employees were very nice as well, I would recommend them for any work you may need done

She is always in the best mood, incredibly attentive, and goes out of her way to make sure every customer feels taken care of. Her work ethic is truly something special.
