Brought my car here to verify that the transmission was shot. Upon confirmation, they spent time on the phone with me giving me advice about buying a new car and really made sure I was prepared for that. It’s hard to find genuine good people who care and I really felt like I found that here.

I will come back here! The receptionist was perfectly awesome and the prices were exceptional. The mechanic was great. I really appreciate the speed and professionalism that I had in regard to getting back on the road.

Let me preface this by saying, I am not a car guy like at all. Check engine light comes up so I bring it in dreading I'm gonna be taken advantage and upsold on things I know nothing about. However Todd was absolutely incredible told me what probably happened and checked it out and told me I had nothing to worry about and didnt even charge me. He also told me what to look out for. I will be bringing all my business here and referring this place to anyone who listens. Also the lady at the front desk, (I apologize for not getting your name) was the nicest and most patient person I've met. Go to them they are incredible.

Turned vehicle in for diagnostic tes matched what auto zone came up with , had mechanic to do the work , went in to pickup vehicle. Good pricing for work done . Thought it would be a 90 day warranty it turned out to be a 3yr warranty. Just trying to find a decent and honorable mechanic that’s trustworthy and knows his job and do the right pricing cause the will get paid and bill cliental by would have mouth . Great job HWY 59 👍

The other day I had to take my car in for repair due to a bad catalytic converter. After going around to multiple shops, getting prices, and not feeling comfortable with the quotes or the reasons why my catalytic converter needed to be replaced, I ended up at Hwy 59 Auto Repair. They provided me with all the information I needed and made me feel like a human not just someone to take money from. They gave me time to think and process everything, which is hard to find these days. Thank you for all your help and for making me feel like I was part of the process instead of a robot just answering questions. May God continue to bless your shop and your family.

We absolutely recommend Hwy 59 Auto Repair! We had an intermittent A/C issue with our 2012 Sonata 2.0T. The summer heat in NC can be brutal, and our son relies on this vehicle for work. The dealership and another local auto shop would only replace the entire compressor assembly and related parts, quoting us over $2,500. Anyone who has had this happen knows how devastating that cost can be for an older vehicle you depend on. It was nearly half the vehicle's value, even with a recently replaced factory engine. Luckily, we checked with Todd at Hwy 59. He clearly explained the risks and gave us the option to replace just the single faulty component instead of forcing us into a whole new system. The A/C now works perfectly! What really stood out was Todd’s honesty and willingness to do what was right for our specific circumstance rather than pushing the most expensive job. We live in the Clayton/Smithfield area, but Todd and his team are absolutely worth the drive to Fayetteville. They have earned our trust and our future business!

Todd and Amber are so amazing! I call in and get such great CS from Amber who is so delightful. Them there is the awesome and most honest mechanic, Todd. He never ceases to amaze me and whatever he says is wrong is always right . He is the needle in the haystack kind of mechanic and once you find him, you have to hold tight to him. AMAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! Hwy 59 is by far my new first stop for my automotive needs. My wife and I took a commercial van that we purchased for everyday use there for diagnostics and repairs. Not only was he able to figure out every issue and correct it but he did it within the day and at a third of the price the dealership would have asked. In fact, their whole price was cheaper than just getting it diagnosed at the dealership. We have two more cars that need work and we will be bring them to HWY 59. Thanks for all your professionalism and now I feel like my wife is safer in this vehicle. That is peace of mind.

HWY 59 is beyond amazing. I have a 1997 beautiful Classic vehicle which I bought brand new. She turns 30 years old next year. I am enormously particular about who touches her. Since moving to NC a few years ago..I realized there are no auto repair industry regulations here like what I am used to. I had been unable to find a competent...certified and knowledgeable auto technican UNTIL she was experiencing an electrical issue making her undriveable. Just by happenstance ...I found HWY 59..I am eternally grateful. TODD IS EXACTLY WHAT MY BEAUTY NEEDED!!! He diagnosed and effected the necessary and perfect repair in a short period of time ...SKIP THE REST ......go to...... HWY 59!!!

100/10 , Todd was very nice on the phone I told him I was buying a car down the road and was interested to come to make sure everything is running fine. He checked the car , printed out what was wrong and the repair costs on everything. Luckily to come to HWY 59! Very professional and reliable. If you are interested in purchasing a car I would come here. Paid around 85$ ! Reasonable price
