I went there with a Groupon and the service was fast and cheap. I really appreciated their speed and I had seen some of the negative reviews which worried me, however I had a really good experience and wasn't ignored. To be honest though too, the prices here are quite amazing so even if I had to wait longer I really wouldn't have minded.

Bad service overcharge

I found this place through Groupon, and although it was super busy, my overall experience was just fine! I came in for a tire rotation and balance, and the service was straightforward and met my expectations. It wasn’t much of a wait for me but I did have to move my car twice because parking is kind of tight. I drove about 35 minutes from North Dallas, closer to Plano, and I’d say the trip was definitely worth it. I could have gone anywhere, but with a paid-off, 8-year-old car, I’m all about finding the best price for routine maintenance. This place offered exactly what I needed at a price that worked for me. No complaints here!

Do not recommend . I ALWAYS called every time before I show up . I didnt mine the 30minute to hr wait , even after calling . But today they decided when i called and confirmed , everything was ok . Soon as i arrived there is a 18 wheeler blocking entire entry . once i am parked waiting on oul change they say i have to wait till truck is done . OK FINE , then double back to tell me they are out of ALL OIL . This place has become BS . I only go because the groupon deals but its honestly not worth the 30minute drive , the wait , or the language barrier . Its not worth it , go spend your money somewhere else’s unless you want to waste your time for 1hr+ and deal with being mislead just to get you in line !

I received an alignment today and had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. I’ll definitely be back!

Quick service for reasonable price !

My first time at this location getting new tires for my truck , I love the services an prices very reasonable an reliable 100% recommendations as well I got a new battery for $130 not where you gonna get it in that price .

Some of the best customer service I've had in a while. I went for a groupon oil change. Emad came out as I pulled in and greeted me professionally. Advised me to leave my key in the car and wait in the office with A/C.

They were nice and friendly. The price was on point like they say on Facebook.

Called before I drove over here and wasted gas and Groupon they rejected it due to they reasons but not posted on site and told them before I arrived I had a Highroof cargo van !!! If you deliver loads or Otr like I am stay away and don’t say I did t worn you !!!

Used Groupon to purchase an oil change with this company (maybe that was my first mistake). Apparently all of their locations don’t do basic oil changes but that wasn’t specified. After going to a location that was only about a 15 minute drive from me, I was told to go to another location up the street. “Up the street” was another 15 minute drive to the first location. I get there and the guy tells me to come back the next day because the guy who does oil changes wasn’t there, it was a Sunday so I’m understanding. On Monday I called before leaving work to make sure that they would be able to take me being that I would be arriving closer to closing time. They tell me to be there by 6 because they closed at 7. I left work early to be there by 6. I get there and they tell me they don’t accept Groupon and that this only works at ANOTHER LOCATION. I had already paid for it through Groupon so I have the manager call the manager to this new location and confirm that someone would be able to do it. They go back and forth in Spanish (my first language is English so of course I don’t understand them) debating on if I should come now or tomorrow. Eventually the guy on the other end of the phone says that if I come now they will change the oil. At this point I have now been to all of their DFW locations. Once the oil change is complete I ask to have air added to the tires because the tire pressure sensor light was on. I drive 10 minutes away and my tire is making a clinking sound. I immediately call and let them know. They tell me to come back before they close. I go back and we find out there’s a large hole in the tire (that was not initially there before) but they’re 10 minutes from closing so nobody can/wants to help but can suggest the 15 other tire shops within a mile that are also closing at the same time. That was at 7pm. I’ve been stranded for now 2.5 hours trying to find a 24 hour tire shop while being almost 45 minutes from home thanks to them giving me the run around over a simple oil change. I wanted to believe the way car mechanics treat women was a myth but It’s safe to say I will not be back.

If I could negative infinite stars, I would because this business deserves not one bit of a good review at all. I bought a Groupon coupon for an oil change at this business. I made an appointment for 1:30pm the next day. I called because I was running late as I was coming from Las Colinas. When I arrived around 1:45, I was told that the guy who did the oil changes would be back in approximately 15 minutes, so I waited in the parking area next to the business. I pulled back into the into the bay after 15 minutes, and it was now around 2pm. I waited for around 10 minutes, and no one had even acknowledged my existence. I honked my horn, and I waited for another 5 minutes. I honked my horn again, and still no response. I saw people playing on their cell phones and talking amongst themselves. Now it is close to 2:30pm and still no one acknowledged that I was even in the bay. No one said one word to me at all nor did they even look at me. It was like I was not even there. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!!! I was completely pissed because I drove all the way from Las Colinas just to be ignored for no reason of which was approximately a 45 minute drive.

Did a Groupon. Got there was told 10 minute wait. Was told that to me while sitting in my car. After 25 mins the car in the bay finally came out, and then another car whipped in and went in front of me. They did not stop her. So they said another 15 mins, while I was sitting in my car. The reason I bring up sitting in my car twice is, after another 10 mins, they come out and tell me that they can’t do German cars. Wasted a lot of time.

Just overall trash service
