Set an appointment for 8:30am for a bed cover installation was told they had it here. I show up early guy says trucks running late an I don’t what. Aren’t yall suppose to have it here why lie an waste my time. Terrible service terrible place.

They put my hitch on quickly and it’s been great!

I’ve gotten about 5 trucks bedliners done by these guys and a few extra hitch jobs. They are always on point. Great work and great service. Matt and team are awesome.

A 5 Star review and things didn't go well, how is that possible? I purchased and had a break controller installed by Discount Hitch & Truck Accessories. As sometimes happens, it didn't go well. Ill spare all the details but needless to say had some issues with the install. I reached out to the Discount Hitch team, gave them the details and a summary of costs incurred to fix the issue (I was out of state at the time so couldn't bring it to their facility) they immediately took responsibility, apologized, and sent a check to cover my expenses. Zero hesitation, zero making excuses, zero attempt only cover some of my expenses. I have no doubt Discount Hitch gets it right 99% of the time but that's not what makes them great. It's how they perform for the 1% of the time they don't get it right. That's how a company thrives, grows, and stays in business for over 50 years and counting. Bravo Discount Hitch Team!

Efram is the man for any welding you may need. He is talented and exceptional. His name is pronounced ‘ F Raa Eeen’ If you need anything mig or tig, he’s your guy. He is professional and has been doing this a long time. His work speaks for itself. I’m sorry I didn’t write this review sooner.

Matt and his team were great getting a replacement winch installed and getting the various lights on the bumpers. They hit the deadlines they stated they would and even dropped me off and picked me up at home. The service was tremendous. I'd highly recommend them.

Horrible service I came here to get a fifth wheel in my truck installed ended up paying almost $800 over what I was quoted took an additional 5 1/2 hours what I was quoted and when I got there, they were watching YouTube videos on how to install the parts of my truck, I tried to ask the manager for his name so I can contact corporate and work this out and this is the response I got was refusing To tell me his name and telling me to leave the property as soon as you got payment and then tried to hold my keys and sausage above my head so he could finish saying what he had to say. MANAGEMENT NEEDS RE A-DRESSED HORRIBLE BUISNESS PRACTICE RUN!!!! AND RUN FAST

If you guys are out there, considering Truck accessories of any kind, I would recommend contacting these guys their lead times are much shorter than ordering online and you get the one on one which is what I often like when ordering accessories. So far, I have ordered a B&w tow and stow from them as well as in RKI toolbox for our work trailer. Just remember, they carry all the top brands and they have faster leadtime than ordering online with no damage to the product . I even got about a $15-$20 discount lower than online prices!

We had a great experience at the Plano location. Had a flat tow kit installed on my Jeep. As a novice the best part was Bryce Garner walked my through how to do everything with the setup both on Jeep and RV. Even sent me a video of the setup since he was experienced enough to know I would probably forget how to do something. I am ready to hit the road. I highly recommend Discount hitch Plano location

Fast service, reasonable $, Matt and Bruce were top notch in servicing my trailer and explained everything to me including what did not need to be done at this time.
