BUYERS BEWARE! These guys are selling wrecked cars, including vehicles with FRAME DAMAGE. Do your homework before buying anything here. Look up the VIN online BEFORE you purchase—you may be able to find old auction photos showing exactly what the car looked like before it ever made it to their lot. Check the VIN for previous accidents, salvage/rebuilt history, and especially FRAME OR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. A car can look great after repairs, but that doesn’t tell you what happened to it before. RUN THE VIN FIRST and look at the old photos—you might be shocked at what you find.

Very disappointing experience. I clearly stated that I wanted to come see the vehicle and was told, “We’re here until 7:00.” No one mentioned that an appointment was required or that the vehicle wasn’t even there. I drove all the way to the dealership only to be met with cold, dismissive responses and told the vehicle was unavailable. After reading the other reviews, it appears many customers have experienced the same issue. This was misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time.

Got the paperwork done quick and service was great. Happy with my purchase.

When I got to the car lot, they told me that they only accepted cash so I had to go and get $1000 in cash for the down payment and they did not give me a receipt. The car was so dirty. It was not evident that the paint did not match. The driver's seat kept vibrating continually. I have been driving Cadillacs since the 80's, so when the owner told me, these problems were somehow my fault did not work for me. I know Cadillacs.The car pulled to the right into the left, which suggested that it had alignment issues. When I reported these issues to the dealership, they refused to tow the car back to the dealership. They also refused to give me a ride if I brought the car back. I wound up, towing the car back to the dealership at my expense. Now they are not answering my calls and I have called three numbers. And view of all of this I wanted my thousand dollar down payment back. They gave me $500.00. I am 75 and I’ve had plenty of cars, but I’ve never gone through a sale like this. In addition to that, I had to wait in the dealership approximately four hours before the deal was even completed. If you are planning to buy a car from this dealership, dot all your i’s and cross all your t’s before driving off their lot because they do not standby their cars or their cars. At least they did not do it for me. However, the down payment is recorded on the original loan and bill of sale. That evening the car started having problems (pulling to the right and left, seat vibrating continuously, car was sold so dirty that I could not see that the paint didn't match.  It would also suddenly stop, the engine would cut off and I'd have to restart it. When I asked about the missing front license plate, I was told I'd have to lay it on the dash until I could go to a dealership and have it put on.) I, then contacted my Allstate Roadside service and had the tow scheduled on 6-36. The car was towed back to the car lot on 6-27. I did not have the use of the car for 8 hours! They told me I drove the car 150 miles and showed me an odometer reading. I don't know where they got they got the odometer reading. I drove the car 33.3 miles home. It was giving me too many problems for me to have driven it 150 miles.

They don’t answer the messages or calls when you have concerns about your car it’s been making weird noises they claim they “fix” it but don’t actually fix it, they ignore the calls and leave you on read very unprofessional do not buy from them my biggest regret!!!!

Came out and bought a car, the miles I signed for had 103,000 miles. When I received the title, it said that the car had 140,000 miles. Idk if it was an error or if someone tampered with the mileage. I will be talking to the DMV so they can investigate. I tried contacting Dallas motor and they never called me back so I decided to leave this review. Update They still haven’t contacted me. I can just imagine how many people they have been screwing! They need to be investigated for fraud! Update I have all the Information and the name on the account is “Lorena Ayala” purchased on 12/05/2022. We have the right address and the right dealer… you are the dealer that sold us the vehicle..
