The only mechanic and tire shop I can trust!! They will address all your concerns and make sure you’re taken care of! As a woman, it’s really easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to mechanic services, but City Tire and Service on beltline are honest people. 10/10

I’ve brought both of my cars here for maintenance and oil changes. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that after the service, there were missing screws on my cars—sometimes around the tires and sometimes underneath the car. I’m not writing this review just to complain the shop. I’m writing it because I really hope they can improve this issue and hope the mechanic be more careful when working on customers’ vehicles. I feel like they too rush to finish the service and too careless to do the service. Maybe one or two missing screws don’t seem like a big deal, but they could potentially become a serious safety issue. What if something comes loose while driving on the highway? That could cause an accident. I hope the staff and management will take this seriously and make sure to properly inspect every vehicle before returning it to the customer. I just want them to be more careful because customer safety should always come first.

I've been taking my cars here for over 10 years and they have always provided exceptional and quality auto services with reasonable rates and quality auto parts. The brothers are like an extended family!

Been servicing my car for years. Haval, Setar, and Zeeto and his crew are awesome.

Highly recommend! First time time visit. I suspected I had a nail in my tire and stopped by to check. Not only did they check it, but had it fixed in like ten minutes. I was shocked. Great service, very easy.

I had an amazing experience at this mechanic shop. Z is honestly the best... super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family and made the whole process stress free. They gave me the best price compared to other shops, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. It’s rare to find mechanics this trustworthy and kind nowadays. The service was fast, professional, and top quality. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know!

Sells old tires as new. Stay away. Edit After Owner Response: No sir, Yall sold us new tires with the DOT showing it was made the 24th week of 2023. I purchased these tires last month from yall. Now I have dried up old tires. We will pursue the proper avenues to get a complete refund with compensation for the headache yall have given my family.

Good service.

Pathetic ownership & over priced. There's many more reputable shops that actually stand by their work right around the corner.
