Love it good people To do business with

I’ve been going to Carroll’s Service Center for many years now. They are great people and have a very welcoming staff. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They do great work! I have had new tires installed on my vehicle, oil changes, and even timing belt service work done, and many other maintenance services. My wife also has her car serviced here and well we just love them! I highly recommend them!!! Thank you CSC for all you do for us. Great family owned business!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were driving from Raleigh to Topsail Beach when, near Warsaw, the check engine light came on and our car started jerking and making strange noises. I called Carroll’s Service and they told us to bring the car in so they could take a look. They quickly hooked it up to their diagnostic computer and found the problem — a misfire in the 3rd cylinder. They ordered the replacement part (ignition coil and spark plug), which arrived in about 15–20 minutes, and installed it right away. In less than 45 minutes total, our car was running like new again! Super fast, professional, and friendly service. They truly saved our beach day! Thank you so much — definitely 5 stars!

I just had a tire blow out on me yesterday on the highway and had my roadside assistance tow me to Carroll’s. They were so kind and helpful when my tow truck showed up at the end of their day. They got me in super early today and had it fixed in no time. They also patched my old spare tire. I was back on the road in no time. They were so helpful despite my family and I having a bit of anxiety because that’s just the type of of people we are haha! They are a good, hard working family with great mechanics behind them. 10/10 would recommend!

Not very friendly mechanic. I stopped in just before they opened at 8am because my engine light came on coming to work there was already some staff there working on vehicles so I asked if they could slip me to check why the engine light came on. He didn't have a very nice personality and brushed me off and told me to make an appointment. I won't be using their service after the rudeness of the mechanic. Word of advice don't get into costumer service if you can't be personable to a potential customer in need.

If you have a bad tire Carol's is the place to go if you are having car problems or need inspections

Had my own tires they charged me 140.00 to mount and balance them. Charged my mother in law 380.00 to replace a 65.00 fuel injector that did not fix her car these people are crooks I looked today they didn’t even replace the part they charged her for if they did they did not clean up around the intake before they replaced The fuel injector. Absolutely crooks of the worst taking money from a 70 that’s on a fixed income

Great service. Very friendly. You would want your mom to stop here for help! Had a screw in the tire. Fixed very reasonably.

Went to get my car inspection took only a few minutes. So you really can't beat that

Had a trailer tire about to explode on I40 and called Carroll’s. Said they had them in stock so i pulled in and they had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Good quick service like that is hard to find but means a lot when you’re traveling. Thank you guys for helping me out!

Saturday August 5th I had two tires fail me on a trailer I was towing. Justin and Henry brought a rollback and a service truck out to I-40 got my vehicle in a safe place loaded the trailer on the rollback got me two new tires and wheels, installed them on the trailer got it off the rollback and I was back on the road. Professional, fair and prompt. It was a long day ( I left Hillsborough and drove to Hamstead and because of Justin and Henry I was able to return home in Hillsborough before dinner.) Thank you gentlemen for outstanding service !!!
