Went in because I had issues with my remote start I purchased, Jamal was very quick to ask me what I needed and jumped right into fixing it no questions asked. He got it working and didn’t charge me for fixing it. So far I have been there for windshield tint and remote start and satisfied with what I got. Shoutout to Jamal for fixing my remote start!

I went there to get my wife window tinted on her 2017 Ford Taurus Limited I asked for darker tent they gave me light tent we'll be back in the morning to get darker tint

Place tuned my subs so bad they blew up in two days, terrible support, please do not go here, I promise it’s not worth it!!!

i mess with the system, it’s really nice got me a some 2 12 inch subs , 4 door speakers, jvc double din touch screen stereo , 5 percent all around wit brow only. i love everything but its the fact they left all the trash and scrapes of tint in here, and just let some wiring hanging, the small scrapes of tint were on both sides of window and left residue on my windows AND interior. very rushed at the end for my tint and i got quoted for a 2 hour wait at 1pm, ended up leaving around 5:30ish. i get it, the place gets real busy but at least update on the customers. a bunch of people inside the building waiting were waiting for something little as just the tint on the back window but still didn’t get it done for an hour. I just recommend having better customer service, better manners, etc.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!! THEY WILL BREAK MORE ON YOUR VEHICLE THEN THEY WILL FIX. I CAME IN FOR WINDOW TINT ON MY 06 SS MONTE CARLO TINT JOB WAS TERRIBLE AND THEY LOCKED MY KEYS IN THE CAR ON ACCIDENT TOWARDS THE END OF INSTALLATION. INSTEAD OF CALLING A LOCKSMITH TO GET MY KEYS OUT THEY TOOK A METAL STICK AND PRYD IT BETWEEN MY DOOR AND DOOR FRAME TO POP THE LOCK AND UNLOCK MY CAR IN THIS PROCESS THEY SCRATCHED UP MY DOOR FRAME SEVERELY, I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO MANAGER MIKES ATTENTION HE TOLD ME GO UP THE STREET TO GET TOUCH UP PAINT FROM AUTOZONE, RATHER THEN FINDING OUT HOW MUCH TO REPAIR THE CORRECT WAY FOR THERE FAULT . I TOOK VEHICLE TO BODY SHOP EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT BUCKNER CAR AND AUDIO DID AND THEY SAID THIS HAS TO BE REPAINTED THE WHOLE FRAME. I CAME BACK WITH A QUOTE FROM BODY SHOP OF 200$ TO REPAINT AND DEMANDED THEM PAY INVOICE OR GIVE ME CASH TO PAY FOR REPAIR. INSTEAD OF DOING THE RIGHT THING THEY OFFERED ME A NEW INSTALLED KEY FOB FOR MY CAR AND 100$, SO I STILL HAD TO COME OUT OF POCKET A ADDITIONAL 100$ FOR PAINT REPAIR FOR THERE NEGLIGENCE TO MY VEHICLE. THE KEY FOB THEY GAVE ME WAS THE WRONG ONE FOR MY VEHICLE SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD ORDER IT THAT SAME DAY, IT HAD BEEN TWO WEEKS STILL NO KEY FOB. MY WINDOW TINT JOB WAS SO BAD I HAD TO BRING CAR BACK A WEEK LATER TO GET RE DONE BUT THEY WOULD ONLY DO ONE WINDOW, THEY ALSO BROKE MY REARVIEW MIRROW WHEN DOING MY FRONT WINDOW TINT , THEY TRIED TO LIE AND SAY THEY DIDNT BUT I TOLD THEM I WATCHED THE INSTALLER DO IT, MIKE SAID IF YOU WANT US TO FIX WALK TO AUTOZONE AND GET THE RIGHT TYPE OF GLUE FOR THE GLASS BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE IT. I STILL HAVENT GOT MY KEY FOB Everytime I ASK ITS A DIFFERENT LIE, ONE GUY SAID THEY FORGOT TO ORDER IT ANOTHER GUY SAID THEY ORDERED THE WRONG ONE, THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTIST NOT PROFESSIONALS, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS OR DOING QUALITY WORK AND STANDING BY IT. POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY DISHONEST, THE EMPLOYEES WHO INSTALL ON YOUR VEHICLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AND THEY HAVE A ATTITUDE AND TALK TO YOU CRAZY WHEN YOU LET THEM KNOW YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR INSTALL, TINT JOB WAS TERRIBLE 0 OUT OF 10. COMING TO THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM HELL. STAY AWAY FROM HERE FAR AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR, BECAUSE THIS PLACE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR OR SATISFYING THERE CUSTOMERS. 0 stars. Grounded my 4500watt amp on paint with 4 different screws. Installed a 150amp fuse that blew after 2 months when I needed a 300amp fuse. My power wire was connected to the battery terribly and burnt up. Lucky my trucks still standing.
