So I bought a 2021 Honda Accord port, special edition and Thomas Chapman helped me find the right car gave me a really good deal. He’s a really nice guy and he doesn’t push you into your car. He doesn’t try to sell you something that’s horrible. I love this car. It’s great. Give this man a raise.

Worst car lot I’ve ever been to all I wanted was a bmw and they tried to say they were the 2nd best in town and they got bunch of bmws. They made me wait for over 30 min just to see the bmw when I got to see the car guy working there had to get battery to start it up and once it started kept smoking a lot. Then I asked to see another bmw which happen to be another 30 Min wait saying he’d drive it up to me and he couldn’t find it. Horrible service if you want a car especially a BMW never go here worst experience ever.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! WARNING! car broke down within 2 weeks they lied and said the car had all these new repairs im going to call the BBB DONT SHOP HERE.

Dino was very helpful, and Junior made everything very easy. I appreciate that they didn’t come off as usual car sales people. They felt genuine and upfront. I found a gem and it was at an incredible price.

Diego WILL renege on a down payment agreed upon through email and try to scam you by having you wait and wait and try to pay twice as much. Felt discriminated against. Wasted over four hours of my time. Do NOT go to Automotive Connection! Do not recommend at all

Here is the reason for the 2 stars. 2 stars because the truck I bought 5 years, is a tank. Runs strong. BUT, I just paid the truck off Aug 17th. Come to find out, I had a big hidden balloon payment due at the end of the loan and WORSE of all, went to trade the truck in at a Ford dealer… come to find out my truck was totaled in California, repoed, fixed and ended up in Automotive Connections hand. THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME, and it was not on a Carfax ever shown to me. Now I can’t even give my truck away and I am stuck with it. It cannot be traded in. So people, run your own Carfax, do not rely on a sleazy salesman to give you one. Read the fine print. So, thanks for the super nice WORTHLESS truck. 👍🏼

First off I want to say that Jr and one of the owners went above and beyond to help out!! My wife and I had talked to this dealership for a week daily prior to coming to check out the van we was wanting. (We live 2.5 hours away) We told them what we needed and what we was using the said van for, well we get there when they opened on a Saturday we dealt with Steven and the van wasn’t even ready to be checked out or test drive, waited an hour for him to find the keys, then another 5 hours for them to change out a battery, Steven kept saying 10 more minutes man 10 more minutes okay whatever fine, then the test drive came and he kept trying to tell me where to go and what not seeming like I couldn’t get it up to speed ( I went the way I wanted to anyways) and he got irritated about it, came back to the lot after the test drive and turned the van off to make sure it would restart and it wouldn’t, it also needed break work done to it also. So alternator needed swapped out and breaks looked at, well I negotiated some items to be fixed and was told to come back on Monday to pick it up! They had it in the shop for 7.5 hours Monday when I arrived and it still wasn’t done. Mind you I was in full communication with Steven about my arrival and everything and he was okay with it, said van would be ready by the time we got there since it was a decent drive to get there, well I get there and it’s still not complete. So I got dropped off and the van was my only way back home that day and within 4 hours Steven tried to back out of the whole deal 4-5 times because I was asking questions and showed them that I’m a certified mechanic and know how long things take and that made him mad also him finding out I know what I’m talking about. At this time Jr and the owner had to step in and get things going so I could finally get out of there. When I went to leave none of the dash lights would work or the radio nothing! So I brought it back up to them about the situation and believe it or not Steven wanted to back out of the deal once again!!! They finally got things fixed because Jr and the owner made the shop make it a priority, needless to say if you want to buy a van/car/truck from this place to not deal with Steven because he has a poor attitude and lacks so much communication with his customers! Only giving it a 3 start rating because of Jr and the owner helping out but the wait time was very unacceptable.

Wonderful experience here yesterday. Diego was great. Extremely helpful and friendly. We left the lot with a veichle the same day in a minimal amount of time. We will definitely be back!

Very happy with my experience at this dealership. Thomas was an excellent sales rep and really went above and beyond to make the sale happen for me. I will definitely check this place out first when in the market for a vehicle again.

No los recomiendo ir en ese Diler, una familia sacó una camioneta y tenía unos detalles y ello prometieron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca lo arreglaron. Fue otra persona que arregló. Tuvimos que pagar en otro lado y ellos nunca te responden. Aunque vayas personal son gente irresponsables, no te atienden bn no los recomiendo

We bought a 2012 Honda civic with 120000 miles for $9000 they wouldn’t come down on price at all even with lots of cosmetic damage and high mileage we had the car a few days and discovered 2 tires were completely dry rotted and one has gone flat so if you go here please make sure you bring someone that can look over cars cause they have no problem selling you a car with issues

I had a good experience with sales person Dino. He took his time making me comfortable with my decision and sought other option with assistance from manager Tyler whom also took time during a busy day to explain costs during pricing negotiations.
