Punctured a tire on I-40 and was lucky enough to make it to A&A. They took great care and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you guys!

My 2018 Honda CRV had trouble with the electronic parking brake after I had installed new rotors and brakes. I took the car here and even though I did have to wait a long while, they still got me worked in. The staff was super and once they got my car back it took them 30 minutes to fix it. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing automotive repair. They are kind, courteous and do things in a timely manner and it is done correctly. Thanks again a&a. Junior Carroll.

I brought my truck in for alignment and they said they could not align it because my upper arm bushings were bad so for doing nothing they charged me $48 I will never go back there again Ridiculous They even told me I need to take the aftermarket arms off and put the stock ones back on I’ve already had a couple conversations with other mechanics that do lift kits for a living and they said there’s nothing wrong with those arms that maybe they just didn’t want to do the job I’ll include some pictures highly disappointed to be charged when they didn’t do anything Another funny thing is he mentioned I had EZ ride suspension on it I had that taken off by Roy,’s AUTO REPAIR because I don’t haul an RV anymore That was probably two years ago So the EZ ride suspension is not even on the truck and they put it inside the notes which pretty much tells me they don’t give a crap I don’t care what anybody thinks about this. I’m held to the highest standards at my job and I put under scrutiny for every little thing that I do you bring something to the shop. You expect them to be honest. And to do the right thing so that’s the last 48 bucks they’ll get out of me Go to Roy,‘s AUTO REPAIR. He’s a good guy and he’ll do you a good honest job. I never leave reviews. I had to do all kinds of stuff to get logged in to make this one. Take a look at the pictures you can’t make this stuff up So the reply is mechanics don’t work for free Yeah, I get that but he said I had something on my truck that is not on my truck because it had been removed a long time ago which tells me either he didn’t look at it or if he did, that’s not a lot of time and I’ve been there before and things didn’t seem right I will not be back. I came in to get my truck aligned and because you guys can’t align it. You’re gonna charge me $48. It’s just ridiculous. I don’t work for free either for my money, but I’m not gonna charge someone if I couldn’t complete the job So it’s 48 bucks to maybe put my truck on a lift and say oh yup the bushings look bad on it. Let’s hit him with $48. No problem I don’t work for free either and you won’t be getting any more of my money There’s two sides to every story so I get that. I just disagree. God bless you guys.

Stopped by for a vehicle inspection. We was very impressed by the friendly staff, however while waiting for the inspection we were informed that a bulb in the rear was out and needed to be replaced and it was only a $5 bulb which was no problem at all. Upon check out we discovered that what was to be a $5 bulb turned into a $25 bulb due to a $20 installation fee! I get it, they should charge for installing the bulb, but $20 seems a little expensive. First and last time going there!

A&A are my trusted repair shop for my 2004 Ford Ranger. They have taken great care of it and the staff and mechanics are first rate. I would recommend if you are looking for a car or truck repair shop.

We were driving to SC on vacation and our AC broke. We pulled off the highway and called A&A. They were closing soon, but they said to come in and they would take a look. They quickly addressed the problem and filled my car with freon. It was an absolutely fair price. They even let me stand right there as they fixed it. They were really honest and if I could give more than five starts, I absolutely would. Thanks again for getting us on the road again quickly and safely.

Bad service doesn’t do whats asked here for no apparent reason. Do better, have better service if I could give no star I really would. Be blessed!!
